Really happy with this product. Only concern is battery has been a little unreliable in letting me know when it is low. I also feel like it updates every 2 days, but operation wise it easily does everything I need and want with ease.

I purchased this Dell laptop because my MacBook wasn't compatible with SAS statistical software. All the specs are similar to my MacBook; however, the battery life is not as good and switching between windows/tabs is somewhat cumbersome. Besides that, it performs well enough.

I love my new computer it works well for my school work and is great for watching Netflix and Hulu lol. But it stopped charging all of a sudden and wouldn’t turn on. I took it to geek squad and they are working on it now. But I’m going 2-4 weeks without a computer now ...

bought the 13.3" touch screen laptop for my college nephew and he just loves it, small compact, SSD drive that is perfect for all his assignments, lightweight and easy to carry, and the drive won't get damage because has no hard drive it has a SSD drive instead, never going back SSD forever

Purchased this laptop for my high school daughter and she loves it. The screen and key pad is large enough to be easily used and the overall size is small and light weight to carry. She loves the touch screen feature and folding feature as well. Worth the investment as she advances through school.

First time writing a review. Just purchased online this past week and returned this Dell computer after a couple hours use as I noticed the right side of the screen starting to separate and become raised. You could feel it wasn’t level when you run ur finger over it. you could press it back down and hear its glue separating and not staying stuck down. The look and design, 2 in 1 capability all were positive, Could see the fan and battery life becoming an issue but didn't want to miss out on the Best Buy 15 day return policy so returned right away. Disappointing experience.

I've had this laptop for about 2 months. Lightweight and quick for my uses (predominately web browsing, word processing, email). Have used Sketchup on it without any issues. SSD allos for quick booting/wake up. Has backlit keyboard that you can turn off to save battery power.

So I got this Dell Inspiron Laptop for college and I must say this is the best laptop I’ve ever had!! It’s super compact in size, in too big and not too small and lightweight! What I really love about this is that you can bend omg into a tablet and take notes with the Bamboo™️Pen (bought separately). Instead of printing paper and writing on it, I can just bend it into a tablet and write on the screen and save the notes to it with so much ease! Very convenient to jot down little notes with the stylus instead of having post it notes everywhere and it has a very good battery life..what’s also cool about this is that it has a biometric button so no one else’s can get into the laptop unless it’s you with your finger on it!! Plus it has very good quality pictures on the screen, real HD-like.. I FREAKING LOVE IT!!

Got a good deal. Not crazy about how the keyboard feels but was a good deal for an i7. Seems really fast. Speakers decent for size. Not sure I’ll use as a tablet but nice to have. Dint use it a ton since use phone for most I do.

The Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop was a perfect fit to replace an aging laptop. I chose the 13.3" to facilitate portability and it fits the bill perfectly. I am highly satisfied with this purchase.

This is the first laptop I have ever had, and its amazing! Set-up was so easy. Cortana talks you through everything, you can even talk back to her in response. This computer offers more than what's listed. You can change the power mode to get the optimal battery life for you. I keep mine on Best Battery Life and I have the power saving mode on always. I set it to turn on immediately as soon as the battery goes past 100%. I usually get 7-8 hours or more (depending on what programs and apps I'm running).I its easy to use and makes homework a breeze. The fan is not really an issue, it cuts on only when it needs to and is never on longer than 30 seconds. This computer sometimes had small issues, but nothing that couldn't easily be fixed by a Google search. The sound is great and the video quality is so clear. I'm not much of a tech person, but the features on this laptop make it worth the $850.

This laptop is really high quality and would do most of the things you require to do for college and everyday use. I believe this laptop is perfect to take anywhere since it's so thin and the size makes it really portable, which is perfect for students.

Windows 10 came pre-installed with this computer. Geek Squad changed it to Ubuntu-Linux for me. It works beautifully! I am so happy with it! 2 in 1, lighted keyboard, a great, small portable 13.3 inch machine. No problems with it at all. The price reasonable.

I'm only withholding all five stars because I've only had this machine under a month. For an 8 GB laptop, it is a beautiful thing! I can upgrade the Ram should I wish to, but not needed so far. I really appreciate the nice features of this 2 in 1. I especially like the backlit keyboard, and the light weight aspect. This has quickly become my main laptop, as I've put my 16 GB laptop aside. I immediately installed Linux Mint, in order to replace Windows 10. I did have to upgrade the kernel to match the new hardware on this laptop. All is working perfectly. Also, I was thrilled to get such a great sale price at the Best Buy Christmas promotion.

Needs additional add on's for CD or DVD plus to connect to standard USB-A ports and SD chips. I like that it's light weight and easy to carry around. The touch screen is good when a mouse is not available. Overall a quality product.

So far this laptop has been simple to use. Touchscreen works perfectly. Occasionally the fingerprint unlock stops working but after rebooting work again. Other that that, perfect for internet and basic uses.

Its a very fast and simple computer. If you're buying this under $500 its a really good buy hard to beat at the moment i got it. Def not for gaming or other heavy applications but for school, web browsing it works great

I enjoy using the Dell laptop as it is a comfortable size not too large to be unwieldy nor so small that I have to scrunch up to use it. I hadn’t planned on using the touch screen but I found it does come in handy. I am very pleased with my purchase

This is a good laptop. It has many features built in and was on sale for a good price. Best Buy definitely had the best prices! I took off 1 star because I wish the battery life was better.

Computer is really fast. Keyboard is great. Nice size, screen is bright and looks good on Netflix. However it has a short battery life. Do not get too far away from your power cord. Will not last all day.
