So far, it's been a great machine. Powers up quickly and is fast. Sharp display with nice keyboard and excellent battery life. Could use another USB port, other than that, highly recommended.

I absolutely love this laptop, and the fact that it is touch screen is nice. I have broken the screen once and was able to replace it for free. It’s very easy to navigate as well which is not favorite thing about it, i love simplicity

expensive but it works well and I like that it is two and one. I don't like the mousepad (kind of touchy) and sometimes the screen is too. I liked my Mac more, I suggest spending the extra money and getting a mac.

I would love to give this laptop/tablet 5 stars. It is light, has a great screen and, so far, has had great battery life. But I have to point out (as some other reviewers have) that the finger print security just does not work! To me it is a minor annoyance because typing in a 4-digit pass code is no big deal. But it sure would be convenient to just touch the reader and go. Interestingly I have deleted and reset my finger prints 3 times and each time the reader works...for, maybe, 2-3 accesses. Then it quits working altogether, I can not even claim, like some of the others, that it works "some of the time" or "50%" of the time - after 2-3 successes it does not work at all. But, other than that one problem I would recommend this laptop.

Pretty happy with laptop. Good price. Fast processor. The switch between laptop to tablet function is a little clunky, and the tablet setting does limit some functionality. Overall happy with the unit.

Really like the laptop. Got it for school (MBA) since I needed a 2-in-1 if I wanted to bring it with to all classes. It’s what you’d expect from a laptop with such specs. Design is great except for some sharp edges on the bottom. Not sure if my product is faulty or if it’s a design error. Also, the fingerprint reader will work <50% of the time (have had it for a month or so). Luckily, there’s a pin login so it’s not the end of the world (it should work all the time though). If I were tu Buy again, I might reconsider and take a closer look at similar products.

Excellent computer for my son for school. It is the perfect size for him and he is able to complete all his school work on this computer. Lightweight and compact. Perfect laptop for a college student.

I bought it for my daughter before she went to college , she has been relying on it since then , she is very happy with it , the only problem she had with sometimes the finger print doesn't work as expected

This computer is so small and light - it is great. I bought this to replace a Dell Latitude that I have owned for a while that would no longer charge. I rarely need a notebook, but I do travel some for work and I have to have a computer when I do. I couldn't justify a big expenditure on a device I would not get much use out of, but I also am not willing to put up with slowness or poor quality. This box seemed to fit the bill. It seems VERY well made. The case is solid, the hinges are tight and seem substantial. The unit is pretty small so it may not suit everyone, but my last Dell was huge and heavy and I knew when I started my search I wanted the opposite of that. Fast and advanced Intel processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB SSD, HD display - this computer checked all of the boxes for me. I couldn't be happier.

My daughter loves this laptop. It’s very versatile and she can use it for anything and everything. She also likes that you can fold over the screen and write on it using the required pen. I highly recommend this laptop.

I did end up upgrading before my 14 days were up but this is a good laptop. Pretty fast. But I knew I’d end up wanting an upgrade within a year so I exchanged it for a 13 inch with an i7 processor.

We purchased this for our college bound son. Seems to meet his needs for classes. The only complaint he has is the battery doesn't last long.

A really good, inexpensive laptop. Recommended! My only complaint is the requirement to purchase Microsoft, but that is more a complaint against them rather than this very portable, lightweight computer. Perfect for schoolwork.

Good little computer for college student. I use it for my research class since we have to have a laptop in class. Fits in my backpack well. I had to buy it when my other laptop screen got cracked from dropping it.

Purchased for my son to use at college. It has been a good value, balancing performance and cost. The 2-in-1 feature is nice. We opted for a smaller size and purchased a stylus so that it could be held and used as table. It has an application to convert script to text that is extremely accurate. The smaller size also makes it more portable and convenient at school. The SSD has dramatically improved boot up time compared to my wife's computer with similar specs except she has a mechanical HDD.

Had problems with battery when I bought it, but Best Buy was Great with the process of changing it. They gave me a new one and it has been working perfectly. Love that it is small and fast!

I love how compact it is. Not too little though, just the right size for toting around. Also, great option is turning it into tablet mode. Works great, no issues. Boots up fast. Daughter loves watching movies on it :)
