This product was a good choice. No issues at all and fast processing.

Bought this computer based on ratings and reputation and the price was right. I was wrong. Right out of the box during set up, got multiple errors about the video driver and display. I took it back to best buy and the guy at the desk for an exchange and the guy at the desk showed me the other two that had just been returned that day for different issues. I just returned it. Very disappointed. Everything seemed to be good with it (size, performance, price).

I was looking for a small tablet and decided to get a 2in1 laptop and it was the right move. I went with a 13 inch screen because it is very light device and portable. Backlight keyboard is great to work in the dark. I am glad I bought the Dell I7 processor and 12gb RAM so it could last at least a few years.

I just received this as a gift, so I haven't tried out all the features yet, but so far it exceeds expectations. Set up was quick and easy, and the speed is great (compared to my old laptop). I don't need anything fancy, but I did want a full-size keyboard, so this was perfect for me. I'm very happy so far.

We've always liked Dell products and this general use laptop is true to our other experiences. It is speedy and agile, easy to navigate with very good screen resolution. The proof will be in how it stands up to normal office use.

I absolutely love this laptop. I have had it about a month and it's great. The only thing is.. the graphics. If you are looking for something that has top notch graphics, this would not be it. But the graphics are okay on this laptop. Overall, this laptop is a plus. I love the features.

Needed small, lightweight laptop, salesman was very helpful - both the day I looked, and the day I bought. The 2-in-in laptop was something I had not considered, but quickly saw the added potential it provided for my uses.

I wanted a laptop that my husband would also use and this one works well. He was used to an iPad and didn't like our old laptop. I wanted one that would travel well for business trips. I like it. I haven't finished loading it with all my software but so far all is very compatible.

I bought this for my son who is in his second semester for his bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. He called me after a month and couldn't thank me enough for the laptop and how much of a difference it made with the resource intensive programs he uses. He gave it 5 star ++++++

Well built. Good and easy to use with Windows 10. Type C port cold be used for data and charging which is cool. The only downside is that it is one pond heavier than the Lenovo comparable model(which is on i5 though)

Overall this 2-in-1 works like I expected it to work. I have not had any issues with the performance of the product. The one item that brings down the rating is the battery life - I wish it was longer and more consistant

Screen started blacking out and glitching immediately after purchase. Spent hours with tech support. Want me to send it in for 2 weeks! Not possible. I still need to call tech support and do a total reboot. Devoted a lot of time to fix something that should work!

Did a lot of research on laptops before deciding to get this one. The main things were the storage, the screen size and the weight. Perfect for a college student who needs to carry a laptop around everyday.

This thing is great for the price. I ended up purchasing another one after as well. Use one for the community center and one personal. This performs great, battery life could be slightly better but the performance more than makes up for what it lacks in battery life.

Lightweight and easy to carry...careful handling must be used when opening laptop to avoid cracking of levers. laptop cursor pad not as smooth to drag pointer on screen, better to use mouse for more accuracy

Since January, I tried and returned 4 other computers. This one is a keeper! I love, love, love it. Quick, easy setup, fast response and the backlit keyboard is frosting on the cake. You could spend twice as much but it doesn't get any better than this!

The touchscreen is crisp, the resolution fantastic, the touchpad is smooth and responsive, and the solid metal build feels very premium. An absolutely fantastic notebook, one that can easily be a main computer for anything except gaming and video work.

I found one of the cheapest laptop in deals, and I got the best one.

I had used a Surface Pro before, so this purchase was pretty straight forward. The Best Buy associate, however, was very helpful to suggest add ons and available training on Windows 10.
