Great laptop! Very fast with the SSD. Great build quality and the keyboard is illuminated for nighttime work. Can't go wrong. I have bought about 10 of these for work and all have been worry free.

I am having to replace a Nexus 10 tablet due to the screen starting to get color issues. I bought this Dell 13 laptop after much research of smaller laptops. I also wanted to try the SSD and 12 GB ram. I am totally satisfied in its performance. It is very fast in booting up to the Windows startup login. That is due to the 12 GB ram and a smaller 256 SSD drive. The combination makes this little laptop extremely fast. I do not plan to load it up with programs, but wanted Windows 10 so apps like the calendar and ColorNotes can sync to my 1 TB Toshiba laptop that I use as a desktop and my Android cellphone. I am very satisfied with this Dell 13.3" screen and the resolution is perfect!

Good qualities: fast, battery life, & price! Acceptable: track pad a little difficult to get used to, monitor quality, weight. Poor: nothing.

I am extremely happy with my new Dell Inspiron 13" 2in1 laptop. With I7, 12 gig ram and 256 very fast ssd. Wish the SSD drive was larger but oh well. Best bang for buck. Best Buy!

This 2 in 1 laptop has all the big ticket items but a small ticket price. Inter i7, 256SSD 12GB ram and Intel 620 graphics, just to name a few. Superb build quality and great 1080 screen.

Great functionality, lightweight and convenient. ***Survived a smoothie spill! on the keyboard and kept in working!*** Can't promise that for you but we were very pleasantly surprised!

I got this to replace my Lenovo Yoga 3 and have been fairly satisfied so far. The mouse pad is rather sensitive. If I am typing and my arm or finger brushes the mouse pad it will click to wherever the cursor it. I'm sure these are settings that can be adjusted, I just have not taken the time to do it yet, which shows that it really is not that bothersome. Overall a good laptop, I did not give it 5 starts because I don't feel like there is really anything special about it that makes it stand out from the others.

Bought this laptop for my wife and I as we started school in February. So far it has performed just as good as our MAC book Pro.

i use this for running CAD software and it works great super-fast only issues seem to be the updates not installing correctly

This laptop has served me well in the time I've had it. It's been fast and responsive and even played a respectable number of current generation isometric rpgs.

Was considering purchasing a MacBook but since I don't do a lot of video editing felt this computer was superior. Pc's have come along way and I this computer is proof

I HAVE HAD DELL PRODUCTS AND I SWORE I WOULD NEVER BUY ONE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE OVERSEAS SERVICE. I HAVE PURCHASED 6 COMPUTERS SINCE MY LAST DELL BECAUSE I HAD SUCH POOR LUCK AND SERVICE WITH ALL MY DELL PRODUCTS. I WENT INTO THE STORE TO PURCHASE A MICROSOFT LAP TOP AND THE STORE SALESPERSON CONVINCED ME TO TRY A DELL AGAIN SO I DID. SO FAR SO GOOD, WE WILL SEE HOW IT DOES AND HOW THE DELL SERVICE IS WHEN I NEED IT. IF THE SERVICE IS NOT GOOD THIS WILL END ME PURCHASING A DELL PRODUCT

So far so good. No complaints about this laptop. It is fast, has great memory, and it is plenty powerful for my daily use.

I purchased this laptop for school my precious one crashed two days before. I walked in and walked out with this. I love the touch screen it's been a great laptop.

After having an Ipro and a Surface, I finally got what works for me. The screen sits upright when I want to type, and I can use it as a tablet when I need it to.

Was looking for a replacement of an old Dell desktop. This is simple to use and love the combo tablet/laptop feature

I went in to buy a Dell laptop as I have many in my time. I was very dissatisfied with the Lenovo that I had purchased less than a year ago. Had I purchased Geek Squad protection I would have had a new Lenovo. Lenovo did the repairs and it was a long ordeal. Anyway, the BB service employee was great in that he took me through a variety of machines. As it became clearer to both of us what would work, he went to the open boxes and found a real gem. So far so good
