So far, I am enjoying the speed of this Dell Laptop

I would recommend this Dell computer. It's awesome

You will not find a laptop with these specs for that price. The performance and price make up for the "non-sexy" look. Fantastic laptop for work/entertainment. I appreciate the ability to fold it and the touch screen. Sturdy. Overall I highly recommend it if you want a laptop that will last you a few years.

Looking for a computer my son could use through high school. He is taking some CAD classes and really needed to consider speed, memory, and portability. This computer delivered!!! Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others...

I haven't had a chance to use all the new programs that come with it, but I love the slimness and the fact I can fold it and use the write-one screen. I did not see a review online, but the sales persons in the store, convinced me once I saw the value and I know the Dell products from past experience.

I bought this laptop about 8 months ago now. I love it. It does everything I need it to. I even can use virtualized computing environments with this laptop. The only "issue" I have with the laptop is the size of the hard drive. But it is solid state so that is a huge plus in terms of speed.

O.K. so far. product seems to work and function properly. Purchased for student and appears to be in good working order. Overpriced, but aren't all technology products overpriced from big box stores.....

The dell with Windows 10 touchscreen is a whole new world for me. Ver nice. It has been fairly intuitive. Feels good. The battery life seems short at 2 hrs. I may ask for another battery

I wasn't crazy about this product although it was incredibly fast - compared to the Lenovo Yoga it's a bit on the clunky side and also heavier so not as portable. Great as a desktop.

I purchased this computer to do my home finacces. Everything has worked great. I am still getting used to Windows 10 so I have had a few problems, like figuring out how to reboot. Not a problem with the computer just Windows 10

So far I really like the laptop. I don't really use the 2 and 1 feature. I use it through a port replicator with dual 27" monitors at work and it performs great. Only complaint is the power button being on the side. Bad design.

Inspiron is lightweight and easy to handle. Once we got it set up correctly, it is very easy to use. Keyboard has a good touch and was able to adjust sensitivity of touch pad. Love its light weight and very quick startup.

The features of the touch screen are nice and the ability to use it as a tablet is nice. I just wish it was faster. I thought the core i7 was suppose to be faster.

We use this computer at home most of the time. We are pretty satisfied with it. We like all the different things we can do with it and all its capabilitis and features. Thank you Best Buy for being there for us.

The product as expected worked perfectly. I took a bit of practice to get used to Windows 10 after using Vista for many years. What impressed me more was the expertise and patience of the Geek Squad members that helped me set up the laptop thru my learning process

Got this laptop just after the Black Friday for an impeccable price. It has i7 processor and 12gb ram which works extremely well for a 13' laptop. It is lightweight and has this metallic finish which makes it a simple but a classy design. Great product overall!

this machine was purchased for mostly home use and runs great. Love the conversion to a tablet function that makes it great for a couch surfer or while walking around the warehouse checking off items.

The computer is fast and relatively lightweight. The design is good except for the placement of the power button. Its placement flush at the front of the right side makes it too easy to accidentally shut down the computer when lifting or moving it.

I just love my Dell laptop and the service I received at the Fort Lauderdale store. For what I needed in a laptop the Best Buy Tech advised me on several brands. I am very happy with the computer and the service I received.

This is a super little laptop with a lot of power. It is replacing a tower CPU and is terrific. It took a little time to get used to the touch pad - been many years since I used one at work - but it is great to just pick it up and move!
