Printer connection issues. Downloaded the drivers. Printed once. Then woulf not recognize. Deleted printer info. Re downloaded. Printed once again. Same issue not recognizing.

My current laptop is a 4 year old HP with 15.6 inch screen but it is too heavy to bring on trans-Pacific trips. This unit is significantly less (at least feel so) in weight and manageable. Battery last over 7 hours in my estimate.

its fast but the programs are okay you got to for everything through windows which is ridiculous should have went with a mac. Its faster touch screen which is nice.

Purchased for my wife and overall product holds up to her standards. The only complaint would be that the touch pad is not as responsive as my MacBook. Besides that no issues.

I was worried about going smaller with a laptop as i make many sacrifices using a tablet at work but this 2 in 1 the best of both worlds. Only con is the keyboard is smaller.

Bought this laptop for my daughter as a college graduation present. She loves it...great laptop! Very sleek and professional with all the bells and whistle (2 in 1) She will be able to use it in her professional life

For the price the I got it for, I hardly think you can find an ultrabook with the specs better than this one! So far no issues.

I was looking at Apple books but couldn't get past the price for what u get. I just wish it had a bigger flash memory. I would have gave it 4.5 if it would let me.

This laptop can run some games and definitely run the older games. I’ve managed to run call of duty on this in low settings but it ran. I’ve ran fortnite as well so this baby can handle some games.

I bought this as a development laptop for personal use. I have no problem running any of my development tools. It may not be as fast as a computer that costs twice as much but for the price it does well enough.

Read a lot of reviews. Best advise was go small in size and spend your budget on the internal features. A 13" tablet is more than big enough. Pleased with the i7, 12GB memory, and the SSD. Keep me in budget.

Obviously a new computer is always better that whatever old tech you're replacing. But the speed of this SSD is amazing! I was worried the 13" might be too small, but the light weight was worth the sacrifice.

I like this 2 and 1 , thin an easy to use keys, backlit keys make easy to use every were I go. I7- 12GB very good for school work. It was price rite for me.

This laptop has seamlessly fit all my requirements. Its a bonus that it's touch and 2 in 1 with lit keyboard. I have no cons here. It is lightweight, easy to use and I am happy with my purchase.

sometimes when we close the browser it will not reopen without a restart.

We have three versions of this computer. This little one is the right size and speed for adult home use--taxes, bill paying, online educational use, and of course shopping. Just what I needed!
