I think I'm going to enjoy the computer once I ge it completely operational. I think setup should be free for computers of a certain price.

Very happy with the purchase. Windows 10 runs great on i7.Has not disappointed. No fan noise. Super fast speed. I love the touchscreen.

Perfect size & style for me. I love the back lit keyboard & the keyboard is better than others so looked at. My first dell & going well so far. I have had it for about one month

The laptop was good, only noticeable drawback - the touch pad is too hard and not easy to use, especially while trying to click.

I really like the sharp clear picture of the laptop. Although it is smaller than former laptop it is easier to read and carry.

It's a good computer and works well. Sometimes Windows 10 can be an issue but the computer itself seems to work effortlessly.

Love this computer does everything I need it too the lack of memory is a doenfall but it a external hard drive can fix easily

I got this corei7 version machine for $616 open-box. So far, it has been working wonderfully well for me. No issues or qualms whatsoever. Really happy with the purchase.

Purchased for my Grandson to use in his music. Mouse pad area not quite as smooth operationally as my MacBook, but is ok.

I like the look of the laptop, but when you try to flip the screen back you have to put some effert into it. And the battery life isn't great. I think the laptop is supposed to last about 8 hours (not sure off the top of my head) but fully charged it'll last around 3 hours. That's the biggest downfall of the computer.

This is a real good computer the only thing is I expected more speed from a Core I7 12 Gig Ram solid state drive computer.

PC works well. Pretty fast. Wish a larger SSD but I added a 5TB external for music and pictures. Nice size and graphics.

I needed a smaller laptop for work travels and this gives you a lot of bang for your buck. Very happy with this purchase

Functions well and stable. Excellent construction. Nice, light, brushed metal enclosure. I **never** did receive my "free" wireless mouse that was to be included.

Purchased this on sale and it's pretty nice. The feel isn't as nice as my Mac but the cost was significantly less.

Really like this new laptop, however, the cursor seems to jump to another point in my document without explanation.

This product has definitely met my expectations. I had some trouble in the beginning, but that was due to my not being familiar with some of the new features.

It's a laptop & a tablet. Thin, lightweight, fast & so easy to use. It was the perfect fit for me since I like to take my personal laptop with me where ever I go!

I thought a lot of the windows issues would be gone in windows 10. Dell quality is fine. Windows still has problems.
