Mouse pointer bobbles up and down the right-hand side of the screen at times. I have to tap on finger pad a few times to make it stop. As if the finger pad is being press in it's mount.

Average Dell Computer. With the sale, it was a great deal versus the Microsoft Surface Pro. I'm 50/50 as to whether or not I made the right decision.

Is a new replacement. Had the first one a week which was about a week too long. Browser window kept vanishing rendering the computer experience pretty useless. Nothing the techs tried worked to fix the problem. The replacement has issues with unresponsive key pad that needs repeated coaxing before it will actually type. For the price, tolerable imperfection for now. Until I throw out PC for MAC. Otherwise, pretty fast, backlit key pad is nice.

When going from a laptop to tablet it's to big and and heavy. Not a good design because it doesn't separate from the laptop.

This dell laptop it’s only a year old, today 07/01/2018 when I open it the screen pop and separated from the casing for no reason, funny just as dell warranty ran out. I own a MacBook is 6 years old not a hiccup same goes for my hp laptop. I have no idea how much the repair will cost. But I’m hesitant about this little dell books. No quality in here.

    Pure design failure. Hinges break

I bought it for 3 in 1 use. However there is a clear design failure in this laptop. The hinges are locked and they break after a few uses a month over a period of time. Now my laptop is rendered useless. I checked google for the problem and yes it is true that this problem is there for other users true. I hope dell becomes accountable for the failure to provide durable hardware and design it's laptop well. Do not offer the fancy 3 in 1 and cheat customers' money if your hardware is not capable of funtionality. Also please own up your bad product and compensate customers or replace the product.

Great features. Awful execution. I had great expectations for this laptop. Good specs, backlit keys, IR camera, etc. But it just wasn't ready for the public. Frequent lock ups. I had to hard reboot at least a dozen times in the first week. Frequent loss of response (5 to 30 second freezes) Transitioning from touch to laptop mode would transition the screen but not unlock the keyboard, often. Updates and drivers were no help. Finally returned it and got an HP. Can't believe this made it to the shelf.

Laptop worked fine itself but had serious battery issues. Had to replace the internal battery before it was even 3 years old with very little use on it the first 2 years.

On the plus side, Dell is very attentive. That's where the good news ends. The cursor and mouse repeatedly jump backward. I have done all the suggested updates, had Dell remote in and let them make more changes, and then sent it back to their (Dell) repair depot. Now Dell wants me to send it back again for a wipe and load. Why? I've only had this computer for about 2 months, and it has been out of service more than in. Bad purchase on my part.
