I got a smoking deal on this as it was "Open Box" without any issues. I had used a previous model of this laptop at my work. I don't have any issues with it so far and its definitely quick with the amount of Ram packed into it and the SSD. I like the keyboard, the keys are spaced out nicely for me and not crammed together. The 2 in 1 feature works ok. I just wish it had a bigger screen but then it wouldn't be as portable!

The Dell laptop is excellent. I love the option to use it as a tablet. It is super easy to use.

Bought this for work, so far very pleased. It's lightweight and fast which is what I wanted.

I always needed laptop which I can carry along with me along with best specs. Dell inspiron qualifies above criteria and so far I am liking it. Small negative point, would be say, it is slightly heavier when you compared to other laptop's in this size range. All in all, I liked this product and would recommend to others.

I was looking for a lap-top for home and work and found this one ideal. I am an amateur photographer and an avid Facebook user. I also use most of the Microsoft Office Suite software. The computer is fast, easy to use and has adequate storage, as long as it is used with a good external backup drive. I particularly like the screen quality and the fact that is a touch-screen. I highly recommend this product.

I have been a longtime fan of HP laptops but after my most recent had a fan break down for no reason I was encouraged to swap my brand (thank you PC repair guy). I am very satisfied with this new product. Besides being smaller (going from 17" to 13.3" monitor) the solid state drive is incredibly fast, the battery life is almost double and there is not sound from the whirling of disks. Things I like the most: 1) compact size. After using much larger laptops it is nice to decrease again, remembering this is not a home office PC. If I need to expand the size I have a TV for that and the HDMI output and screen sharing work fine; 2) weight - I love the fact that this laptop has some. The weight to size ratio seems perfect - meaning when I pick this up it feels right. My last laptop felt light for it's size (I assume that is because of the plastic parts in it). 3) back lit keyboard. I spent extra for that last time - didn't really need it. It is a great feature to have "built in". 4) Speed - the processor on this is fantastic. Even architectual prints open fast. 5) battery life - I don't feel like I'm clinging to the building anymore. Maybe its the solid state drive - maybe it's just a new computer - but I can work remote now and get things done without dragging my power cord along. I do wish it had an exterior battery so I could expand or change it out. On the downside - well, so far - nothing. Recommendations - anyone who needs a solid, well built computer.

This is a nice laptop for day to day business activities and have everything that is needed for detailed spreadsheet and powerpoint tasks. Bought this for my friend who is setting up his own office and needed a classy and professional looking machine for himself. Look, speed and performance are all high.. Low on memory

Very light, easy to carry. Also very easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

So far after 1 month, my Dell Inspirion 7000 has been great. No issues at all. Very lightweight a good battery life. I use it mostly for email and web searching. The keyboard has taken a little getting used to for me, because it is a different style than my old one, but it is by far not bad. I'm happy with my purchase.

In case anyone is wondering, this laptop is eGPU ready with the GDC Beast dock (ngff version), if you don't mind punching a hole through the back of the casing.

Bought this for a customer, very fast and lightweight. Great laptop for the price.
