outstanding performance, fast response and easy to use and set up

Great size, light enough to carry around. Really sharp graphics.

I bought this for school but I've used this for so much more I've used it for work school and just for fun at home battery is good can't complain graphics are decent i played cod black ops 3 and cs go cod works good cs go not so much but this won't matter if your not going to use it for gaming if it's for school this will totally get the job done

I bought this for my daughter to take to college. She really likes it. It performs well and meets all her needs. One tiny problem is that sometimes the power adapter doesn't work. She has to re-position the plug into the laptop for it to give power to the laptop but once it's in the correct position. This doesn't seem to bother her.

I purchased this and liked it very much. The solid state drive is really fast when booting. However, after 12 days, programs started closing on their own, so I returned the laptop and got another one. I did discover that this is a discontinued item. The replacement is working great so far.

Dell has always been my favourite in laptops espevially the Inspiron series and now the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3 Touch-screen Laptop - Intel Core I7 - 12gb Memory - 512gb Solid State Drive - Gray is the perfect laptop one can have.. with super awesome speed.. ease to carry and use adds to its advantages.. Really happy with it.

I hate where the volume and Power button is located on the laptop. A bad design flaw in my opinion as its location is non intuitive and extremely hard to reach in laptop or tablet mode. Other than that its a super laptop, fast and powerful. Would have been better with a non touch option

This was a replacement laptop for me, and I couldn't have made a better decision. It was on sale for $200 off, so I obviously picked it up. I could not pass up that much fire power for a small price. I use mine mainly for office work, but smaller less intense games work fine on it as well. Buy it, you wont be disappointed.

Easy to use, fast and light Perfect for our needs

I should start off by saying that I'm a Mac user and generally prefer working on Macs, although I do use both Windows and Mac machines.. That said, when my old Toshiba laptop died,I needed a good Windows laptop for work and picked this one up at Best Buy. Since everything has pretty much gone to Windows 10, I had a bit of trepidation in going to that platform. Installing Windows 8 on my Dell desktop made it almost unusable, and upgrading to Windows 10 only slightly improved the experience. But I'll have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with this laptop. Extremely quick and responsive - starts up and shuts down quickly, and does everything that I ask of it. I know that the 512G SSD and the quad core I7 do a lot for the speed, but it really is much faster and far more responsive than I expected. Quick battery charge and decent battery life.

I like that this computer is loaded with RAM and has a solid state drive. What I dont like is that the first computer had a bad hard drive and had to be returned. After that most of my experience has been pretty good although I do find the touchpad to be a bit finicky.

I'm very happy with my new Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3 Touch-screen Laptop - Intel Core I7 - 12gb Memory - 512gb Solid State Drive - Gray laptop. It has been working great and is ideal for college students. The BestBuy service I received when choosing my Dell was outstanding.

Was able to get this computer for my son for college while it was on sale and then had the $150 college student discount on top of that. He has been very please with the speed of the computer with the solid state drive and 12 GB of RAM.

I purchased this computer just prior to December for my son. It suits his needs nicely as a computer major at Michigan Tech. The system has had no issues and was easy to setup.
