We researched this on line and compared against other products. We have been using this for months now and would buy it again. I love the versatility of the 2 in 1 and the touch screen. Only downfall is there is no DVD player.

First off this is a great laptop, great value for money in terms of features and performance. Love the responsive framework of the OS and speed. One draw back is some specific pieces of this product show defects. Like mine. Faulty touchscreen hardware led to erratic mouse pointer. It could not be resolved with software updates, driver updates and also BIOS updates. I am now sending this back to Dell for repair. It is currently on warranty. Unfortunate timing as I desperately need the laptop for my studies. Great piece of technology but I think you need a back up computer just in case the touch screen problem interrupts your usage.

I got it for my girlfriend in nursing school as I knew it would be more than enough for her at the time but also last her until she graduates in 4 years. It is great for professional use and can handle some gaming.

This is as powerful of a computer as you need outside of being a total gamer. Solid State drive makes a huge difference. Most of my issues have been with Windows 10 as opposed to the laptop itself, hence the reduced star.

I got this laptop for my dad when it was off. Overall, he is really happy with the quality of the touchscreen and keyboard and the processor is really fast. The only downside is the battery life which stands at about 4 hours. Not a bad hunt.

If 13 inches is big enough this computer is the cats meow. Fast enough and lots of ram and ssd memory. I can't imagine more than this for my needs. Definitely plug and play and I don't even use the touch screen. I could not be happier!!

I've had it one week and am enjoying it. My photos load quickly and look awesome. I've tried some of the simplest editing on them and found it easy. Only negative is that it doesn't come with Windows.

My wife was looking for something sleek like the Macbook but didn't want to spend a lot. This laptop met her requirements for being latest in specifications, and great design from Dell. Love it.

This a good buy for the price. For the product I would give 4 starts but for Best Buy I would give 5. The Best Buy guys were more than helpful. Excellent service. Thank you Best Buy

It is a nice laptop and it is cheaper then others of same configuration. So far no trouble. Only charger is not the original one but it serves the purpose. Might be original charger is excluded to make it cost effective.

I would recommend this computer! Most bang for your buck with memory and SD. Love its compact. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish the screen was a little brighter.

I am a web developer and this laptop goes with me everywhere. It's runs very smooth. Has enough power to run all my development and designing tools and the screen is very bright from all angles.

After searching online for many similar configurations, I love this machine, its fast, screen is crisp and most of the applications runs smoothly. overall, i highly recommend this machine.

I'm still learning Windows 10 but like to versatility of the sleek 2-n-1 design and variety of options to customize it to my comfort and average skill level.

This is a good laptop, fast an very good looking, the battery life could be better it's not great but not the worst I had, overall I'm very happy with it.

My son originally wanted an apple but after comparing to this Dell, he went with the Dell. He loves it. It is perfect for what he needs at college!!
