||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2016 Newest Premium Dell Inspiron 7000 13.3" 2-in-1 Full HD Touchscreen Convertible Laptop, Intel Core i7-6500U Processor, 12GB RAM, 512GB SSD - I bought this 25Nov evening for 899$+tax, but within 2 days i found price in Best buy website itself as 799$+tax. Tried to call customer care around 1am but they not available, Will call them tomorrow for price match.

Touch pad doesn't work

I took it into the Best Buy store and it worked then, so they couldn't help me. When I got home, it quit again. Otherwise, I like the size and weight. It is easy to carry, and I like the keyboard.

Great product, but could be better

Out of the box this laptop was great, BUT after I updated the wifi driver was messing up. The laptop would randomly disconnect from my wifi. However this was an easy fix, when I did have wifi connection I simply downloaded and installed the new driver. I suggest doing this right away. But all in all great product.

Great Laptop

I thought I would hate its features and not enjoy navigating. I was dead wrong! I was able to make the touch pad and other features match exactly what I'm was used to. To the computer, 13" i7 with 12GB of DDR4 and 512SSD; its super fast and smooth. Great sound, great resolution; just a great computer!!
