I bought this as an open box item from bb.in terms of features it is great however the design could have been much better.Outer surface is smooth and slippery.I am on frequent international trips and I have always problem in removing from the bag due to glossy and slippery putter edge

I returned this laptop. Twice. The first time everything was going great until I plugged in my headphones for the first time. The computer didn't immediate recognize that my headphones were inserted, and the sound continued through the speakers. Once this was fixed, I immediately noticed a quick, static-like noise that preceded the audio. This same noise continued periodically. It wasn't very noticeable from the speakers, but it was still there. However, when wearing my headphones, this noise hurt my ears. I returned this laptop 2 days after purchase and exchanged it for another of the same model. (The specs for this model are great for the price! And I loved the hard, sturdy case and Realsense camera that allows for Windows Hello.) Anyways, when setting up the replacement, I immediately noticed a tapping noise coming from the computer at irregular intervals. It wasn't loud, but it was annoying and signaled that something was not alright. (Maybe something in the fan?) Once again I returned the laptop. After my luck, I decided to try a different brand. I really did want to love this laptop, but it wasn't meant to be for me. One final thing that I had been willing to live with, but that wasn't great, was the fact that the power button is located on the front, right side. There were many occasions where I picked up the laptop and accidentally turned it on/off because of this button's placement.

I am working towards my Doctorate and spend a lot of time on my computer. My husband was playing with the dog and long story short broke the screen off my laptop. I needed to replace it quickly. This laptop was reasonably priced and had all the features I was looking for. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

This was a purchase for my teenage daughter and she loves it. She has been using it for her first year of college. IT has only been a few months and I know she is extremely hard on everything she owns so I want to see how it holds up in 12 months. *fingers crossed*

This laptop is very portable, but still very powerful. I use it for software development and it packs the power I need to run all of my development tools. I also use it for simply surfing the internet and the 2-in-1 feature lets me use it as a tablet. It has solid construction as well.

Purchased this laptop regarding the good specs and cost Dell also has great customer service during the warranty period. The only quirk I have is that the power button is located on the right corner and you often can hit that button by mistake.

I just bought this laptop. Just an awesome deal for an i7, 12GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. Simply can't beat that. Going on 3 days now. Wonderful speed. Can't complain. Love the face sensing during start up. Brust metal feel. Like I mentioned everything runs fast and nice. Good so far: - Nice and sleek - Love the portability. - Very responsive touch screen. Haven't tried any kind of stylus yet. - Crisp solid sound/audio. Very impressive. - Some online reviews mention how some people liek the keys to have more depth to it? I don't care about it. This is actually cool. Bad so far: - Battery life is really disappointing to me. At 3 hr and 51 min, I got the low battery pop up with 10% remaining. It was just regular use. No music nothing. I did get a skype video call for about 20 minutes, but that was it. - I will check once again in the coming days if I''ll get more usage with a full charge. If I consistently get only 4 hours (some people claim 6 hr. to 8 hours online- I don't see that happening) I may have to return it. - I think I'll be happy with atleast 5-6 solid hours of battery life. Anyway, otherwise this is a super laptop. Awesome design. Kudos to the engineers who designed it. If I fall in love with the laptop(which I think I am), I may look at portable battery back up's for use in flights etc. I will have to do the research if the battery life sucks like it is currently. But, again I think why should I compromise when there are laptops offering 9 - 10 hours of battery life. So, we'll see. I will update this post in the next week based on how much battery time i get on full charge as I do just regular browsing. Otherwise, I can't complain. It is a beautiful machine. Cheers

I purchased this laptop a few months ago and have had great luck with it so far. It it very fast and has plenty of memory. The biggest issue I have had is that it freezes up sometimes while I am video chatting and needs to be restarted.
