After buying this computer for my daughter the mother board went out after just 2 weeks. We spent two months dealing with HP, but finally were able to get a 2nd product. It is working great and she loves it. I just wish the 1st one would have worked to save us months of hassle.

For a mormal consumer ot is perfect. Is fast lightweight and has the best performance so far. For a programmer or IT, my only issue is woth remote desktop. The size or zoom of the screen is too little to use. Other than that is great

I'm not a technically oriented person. I am a light user, with minimal skills. I found this laptop (recommended to me by the Geek Sqd tech) satisfys all my needs with room to spare if I needed to grow my usage. Appearance is excellent. Sceen clarity and sound very good.

'Didn't hardly have any problem w/ initial setup. Love that I have several choices in what I need for a given task or preference when accessing this computer! 'Still adding apps & customizing for personal use. So far, 'haven't encountered any issues!

The first laptop died one day after the Best Buy (15 day) warranty expired. After returning the laptop to Dell, and waiting nearly one month, Dell determined that the laptop could not be repaired. Dell authorized Best Buy to replace the laptop. The second laptop seems to work just fine. Why Best Buy and Dell would not replace the laptop immediately and worry about IF it could be repaired on their own time seems like a customer satisfaction improvement opportunity to me.

I replaced both my laptops with the dell laptops and so far so good no problems and I'm very happy, the only thing I don't like is windows 10 I believe it has problems and bugs, but the dell computers are nice and compact for travel and home,

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 13" touchscreen, Intel i7, 512 SDD, Windows 10. Best computer I have ever owned, fast bootup, web rendering, photo editing. I previously had a Macbook Pro which now seems so slow. Great machine, highly recommended.

Great laptop for the money with nice features I'd 5 stars but the only issue would be the battery life. Other than that is a great computer fast portable

Very good laptop with latest configuration. Needed a good convertible for office work and this suits all my needs. Quick store pickup service too.

Though about buying a Apple but the cost was setting me back.Plus the wife wanted windows.So this seemed a good compromise.It turn out exactly that.Saved a lot of money and got a laptop that has turned out to be something very happy with.

luv the machine EXCEPT!!!! there is NO Ethernet connectivity!!!!!! you need to buy an additional ethernet to USB connector... a $900 computer without an ethernet connection.... BAD MOVE DELL!!!!!

There is a lot of computer in that small case. Caught it on sale before Christmas. It had everything in it I was looking for. Well actually wanted 16 gb of ram but settled for 12. We have had no issues with it and she loves it.

Dells like so many other windows computers only last so long. Made of cheap plastic they get hot and heat is no friend to any computer. They have no resale value like a Mac. I am no Mac lover but the fact is you can have a Mac for 5 years ans and it will last and run as well as day one. Not so with any windows computer. Try reselling a windows laptop after 4 years and nobody wants it. After 4 years with a Mac and you get hundreds of dollars for it. I know this because i have have done it numerous times. You get what you pay for.

This computer was purchased for a fourteen year old high school freshman. It has proven to be very durable (in and out of the back pack and locker) and more than adequate for his school work and online gaming needs.

Good solid computer and great value. Just beware this computer does not go well with upgrades. If you try to put another Office Version or Upgrade the Windows it will not work well.

Nice laptop, great features, as the lighted keyboard, I've been able to video conference with this Dell, without noise and the camera works, unlike the 2 other Dell laptops I have.

I had the best sales person ever. I did a lot of research and basically knew what I wanted in a computer but had some questions. He answered them all. I bought a computer that is what I wanted and a lot more.

I bought the laptop with intentions of everyday use and I don't regret this purchase whatsoever! The laptop is absolutely awesome and I haven't seen it hickup at all! It plays Dragonball Super perfectly :D

This LT meets and exceeds all of my expectations. I really like the fact that it also is flexible (2 in 1) and is the perfect size for my work fixing other computers at a school I do charity work for.

I haven't had it long enough to give a long term report but so far I love it. Perfect size for being easy to carry and yet still can see it. Fast and has everything I need. Love the lighted keyboard.
