Don't second guess yourself, its as good as it sounds

The price on this product was good but I didn't like the feel of the keyboard. Seems like a silly thing to complain about but....I'd be typing all the time. So I tried other ultra lightweights and found one that I preferred.

I brought it as a gift for my nephew and he loved it

Bought this because i was impressed with features and stats. Computer is fast but a couple things went way wrong like literally the first day. MY facial recognition worked perfectly for like an hr. Then it would work sometimes and sometimes Id have to put in password. BUT THIS WAS THE FIRST DAY! Also the battery life sucks. they don't advertise battery life for this reason. I want a real laptop, one I can move around with and not be tethered to the wall. So I figured if its like this now then 3 years from now this will be a desktop. Took it back and bout a MAC. best decision I ever made

While I have no complaints about the product purchased, I am frustrated with bestbuy sales staff. They blamed store computers for not completing the sale the first day. The sale was completed the next day.

I bought this in an emergency to replace my HP Stealth that died at 14 months. It's Dell specific operating system differences are annoying, and the more I use windows 10, I like it less than windows 8.

I’ve had consistent issues with the battery. Five years later, and I’m trying to get a replacement battery, which is not easy to find.

Bought 2 for 2 high school granddaughters and 1 1/2 years one of the laptops will cost $400 to repair the screen not cracked or dropped just hardware lines every 8 seconds

I bought one of these. It worked great for a couple of days then went south quickly. I think it was something to do with a windows 10 update. It started having a mind of its own as if someone was constantly moving the cursor around and clicking on the start button and various other menu buttons. I returned the first one and ordered a second. It had to be shipped from a warehouse again because no store had them in stock within 250 miles. It arrived two days later and had the exact same problem as the first one. This cannot be coincidence although all associates, including a Geek Squad guy, swore they had not heard of any problems. I had purchased this on a great flash sale for $200 off. After being inconvenienced by not having a functioning laptop for nearly two weeks, having to drive to 2 different Best Buy locations to return them (I live a half hour away from both of them), I thought it would be nice if a manager could give me a discount of at least the $200 off another brand/type of laptop. But they would not do it. They would only give me $100 off even though I had gone up quite a bit higher on the price point. So I decided not to buy it and I am very disappointed in both Dell and Best Buy.

The computer is ok. it is not fast, and if you type using the keyboard it sucks. the arrow moves around all of the time. and I type in the wrong space all of the time.

Excellent form factor, aluminum cover, low weight, power and battery life.

I ended up returning the laptop as screen part does not sit properly on the bottom part. It seems Inspiron series are not quality product.
