I have had this computer for about a month now and I really like it. I had a bit of a dilemma with the tablet view making certain websites view differently even when I was still in desktop mode, but I figured out how to fix that problem and now everything is perfect. The computer is fast and I am very happy with my purchase.

I've used this laptop for over a year and I have had no issues. Windows hello is super useful as well. Wifi connectivity is top notch and there is no buffering when streaming videos. Additionally, the computer rarely gets hot and the track pad and its gestures make the user experience seamless. Overall, great laptop for anyone. PS. Touchscreen and 360 capabilities come in handy often

I wanted a solid laptop that would hold up to normal wear and tear. I have had issues with HP and Toshiba laptops in the past when the hinges to open and close would wear out and snap. Dell seem to make a solid well built product. It may not be the flashiest but I know it will hold up for a few years. The touchscreen is a nice perk. Although I don't use it as much as I thought I would.

This computer had everything I wanted - Core I7, Touch Screen, 512 SSD, 12gb memory, backlit. I travel with it so had to have SSD in case of bumps or falls. No issues except one program I use for work didn't work properly and it ended up being the use of Chrome along with the touch screen that was the problem. I can turn off touchscreen while in that program or use a different browser and all is fine.

Was looking for a laptop with high end configuration for personal use which can also be used for working remotely. Initially was confused between Macbook Pro and this beauty, finally went ahead with buting this is the configuration was much better than Mac and half the price (as I got this at promotional price). This laptop was a great purchase. Very fast, great display and colors.

I was a bit skeptical about buying a dell, but let me tell you this is the best laptop I've owned so far. The i7 processor does wonders and and doesn't lag like most laptops do. Granted it's new, bit I've loaded it to the teeth with pictures and videos and I still get the fast speeds in whichever program I'm in. This laptop has defenetly changed my perspective with Dell.

I've built my own computers and the specs on this laptop are great. Have had the computer for a couple months now and there have been no hardware or software problems. Fast enough to do just about anything. Wouldn't totally recommend for gaming. Better to do on a computer made for that or a desktop but for video editing/general use/school/leisure. Great!!! Computer!
