Not sure we should have switched to a pc

I forgot that PCs don't come with any word processing or spreadsheet programs. So what I saved getting a pc I'll just have to spend for software that is already included with the Mac.

The seller gave several options of computers that will suit my need and I cannot be happy that I chose this one. It is a Dell and the product quality is great as well as the customer service received.

Great laptop for photo editing

It was very easy to upload my photo editing software onto the pc. I really like how the laptop folds into a tablet, this feature makes showing images to customers a breeze. It's sleek design makes for a professional presentation. I just love it.

Unfortunately I am 2 hours away from a best buy. Online ya great but after traveling 4 hours round trip to get home and have the product not work…disappointing.

Decent laptop for the price

It has good features for the price I paid (tablet option, hard drive size, RAM, etc). Windows 10 doesn't seem to be a great upgrade. I've had some problems already. But any new pc is going to have these same problems. And windows is fine just always has bugs.
