Functional laptop. I like that it's slim and lightweight.

I found the hardware for this computer to be very good. The screen as well as the performance is top notch. The few issues I've had with the computer were due to windows 10, something I cant avoid for work.

We just recently replaced our daughter's laptop with this device. It works great for school and ease of use when playing games or taking notes. It's also great for social media and video chatting through Skype.

The reason for 3 stars is the customer service. The laptop was great for the first 35 days. Then i started having issues with the sound. The warranty team are third party located in India. They go strictly by the rules. They tryed everything to fix the problem, nothing worked, not even reformatting to factury setting. They said they have to give me a refurbished unit because my purchase date has passed the initial 30 days warranty mark , by FIVE days. Talking to all the managers , supervisors, bosses, prime ministers, and so on did not work. The only way left was talking to the supreme leader, Dell, which couldn't get a hold of. Any ways i ended up changing the motherboard, under warranty, which i believe was refurbished too.

I've had this computer for just a few weeks, but so far I like it very much. The keyboard is comfortable and the screen resolution is excellent. I love the touch screen. This is the first computer I've had with a solid state drive, and I'm happy I opted for it--it's fast and very quiet. The computer boots up really fast, and I can have a lot of programs running at once without difficulty. I looked at a LOT of computers before choosing this one, and I'm happy with my decision.

Good computer, i7, 8gb, etc comes with Win 10 home, but can upgrade to pro for $99.

This Dell Inspiron is light and powerful. Using its like a pad device works great.

I bought this for my wife, she is in grad school and uses it every day for school work. It's also great for streaming shows on Hulu or Netflix. I play a few games on it and haven't had any problems.

I bought this for personal use,the solid state hard drive is very fast. Windows 10 boots in 20 seconds, the I7 processor is very fast and power. It is thin and with a beautiful 13.3 bright monitor, it is light weight. Bluetooth is a plus as well as fast WiFi. The case is rigid aluminum HDMI out and USB 3 that is very fast to transfer files. Well worth the price.

This screen is smaller so it is taking some time to get used to smaller screen.

I purchased this laptop for my fiance for her college classes. It's been a great laptop for her school work and also for me to do any type of daily surfing and some gaming. The best feature in my opinion is the touch screen. We did not want to go with that from the get-go but when we arrived at store and actually played around with a few of the laptops it made a world of difference. Dell has come a long way and I would definitely recommend this laptop.

Good value. Perfect to travel with and do everyday tasks. Only annoying thing is the power button seems to be in a spot where I accidentally hit it a few times before I got used to it being there.

So far it has worked flawless after owning for a month. Haven't experienced any problems with wifi or video freezing. I hope it stays that way.

I was a little skeptical with this. The representative at Best Buy said it was a good machine and not to worry about past reputation with Dell. He was right. I am very happy with this purchase. It's very fast and can handle multiple tasks at once.

My daughter will be first year college this fall and we have been shopping around and on line for a laptop. My daughter is very picky and she has to fall in love with the product before buying it. She did a lot of research on line and got feedback also from the university she's going to. We were at Best Buy in Milpitas with no intention to buy but something happen that she just love the DELL. It's just the perfect size she's looking for.

its an ok computer i use it just for work so it is ok for what it does

I shopped in the past for ultrabooks trying to find a balance between performance and portability, but this new 2-1 laptops came to replace the ultrabooks. We bought this Dell on sale, and we were comparing it against a 1.2k+ HP laptop. This one won because of the USB expansion ports and its lightweight. Overall and amazing computer.

I'm admittedly not a sophisticated computer user, but this computer has been great for my wife and I. I purchased this computer based on good reviews from a variety of sources. We use this computer primarily for the internet and Word and Excel (purchased separately). We have had no issues. The touch screen and keyboard work great and we've had no issues connecting to our wi-fi. I can't speak to uses other than that.
