I like the touch screen aspect. User-friendly. However, make sure to install antivirus software right away. Windows 7 works well with the computer.

I have used Dell computers, both laptops and desktops ever since I had problems with IBMs, HP, Toshibas. Etc. Running my law office I could Not afford any computer crash. I would recommend Dell and now this laptop in particular to anyone wishing a fast and reliable computer.

I purchased two of these laptops at the same time for my business. One for my own use and one for a field rep. They have performed flawlessly. The solid state hard drive combined with 8G of memory and the i7 processor make this unit extremely fast and powerful. A great business tool and also a good value when comparing features with other brands.

I use this computer for editing movies and photos and its a lot faster than my old computer with the i5 processor i definitely recommend

After doing all our research this turn out to be the most bang for our bucks from a reliable laptop maker. I might get one for myself.

Love the computer but the mousepad is a little glitchy. It could be a little smoother. Difficult when clicking and dragging.

This is the second time I have bought this laptop recently. We had a great experience at the store as we discussed options with the sales person and after all that, this laptop still turned out to be the best thing for the least cost. Have had no problems with this at all, other than having to deal with Windows 10...

I haven't experimented much with it yet. So far everything seems to be ok. It has a good speed. Touch screen works fine. Windows ten has not given me any trouble.

I love it, big enough to feel like a workstation but small enough to travel with. So easy to learn to use. I finally found a laptop I can use to watch movies on a plane, the swivel screen works well in the tight space a plane gives. Great product.

Purchased this 2-1 laptop for my wife as her Lenovo had started to fail after 3 years. At first she was not sold on the 2-1 but has since come to appreciate the touch screen. She tends to use it as a laptop and rarely as a tablet. Purchasing at Best Buy was great. They price matched and got us all set-up.

I bought this laptop to replace an old Lenovo laptop, and I have absolutely no regrets. The touch screen is beautiful and highly responsive. The battery life is amazing (I will occasionally get up to 10 hours while casually listening to music and browsing the web). As a whole, the laptop is very thin although it's heavier than it looks (which I like - it feels very sturdy). Due to the solid state drive, the internal fan rarely turns on, so it's usually completely silent when in use. If you're doing something that requires a lot of power though, I recommend using it on a table or lap desk, because it will definitely heat up. Like other reviews have mentioned, I had a bit of trouble getting the wifi to work out of the box, but once I had that sorted, it's worked perfectly ever since.

Great computer! My first solid state computer and I love it! Not noisy at all and the computer is super fast! Read a lot of reviews where people had problems connecting to the wi-fi as did I. But this was a simple fix. Once u change everything in the settings everything worked perfectly.

I like this pc. Great deal for the price. Once you update everything this pc is fast, efficient and has enough storage to last you years.

solid state drive is fast but I think that a larger than 200k plus hard drive would be nice
