I have gotten her a few different computers in the past and she hasn't liked any of them. This 2 in 1 works great and is easy for her to use. The touchscreen works great. I'd buy 5 more of these without any reservations.

It's just the right size and light weight enough to carry around in her backpack. It's good for taking notes, writing papers and enjoying games and movies.

Solid Work Laptop

Nice slim compact unit

Love the tablet feature, dislike Windows 10 but that's nothing to say about the laptop. Long life battery. Graphics great. Probably haven't used everything it has to offer yet but don't expect any issues.

Versatile and lightweight.

It is easy to carry around and has awesome features like touch screen capabilities, lighted keys, and multiple USB outlets. Terrific high-resolution for streaming.

A bit disappointed from Dell

The 2nd 1 I got was working fine but wasn't able to sit flat on a flat surface, I assume it's because of the plastic body Dell uses. Had Dell laptops in the past and they were good, this one is not build well. a bit disappointing. Price was good, but returned it and got the HP.

I suggest having the geeks do it before you leave the store!!!! Once that's done it is a great value!!
