I bought this laptop for my daughter to use at college because of its size, flexibility, and features. She is pleased with it and has not experienced any problems.

I purchased this laptop to take with me when I travel. Provides me with the same level of service as my desktop at home.

It is very fast, but the ss is only 250g. It seems that 250 gig is not a whole lot. It fills up fast and I need to delete items often.

I bought the Dell because of the price point. I was looking for a 13", i7, with a SSD at a low weight. The weight of this unit was really a bit more than I wanted it to be but for the price (at the time it was on sale for $749) I was willing to trade off. I got it home, went through about 10-15 minutes of the Win10 setup just to come to find out I had no wifi connection. I spent the next 2 hours researching the issue, turns out Dell shipped the unit with a faulty wifi card. HOW do you ship a unit that absolutely needs the internet to do anything and not test the network card? I was livid just for that one fact. It seems like a nice unit but one thing I did notice in my brief relationship with it was that when you opened the display up to act like a tablet, it didn't perfectly sit flat so the tablet would be 'bouncy' when you used it, that would annoy the heck out of me. So, I don't have any real experience with the unit to offer other than my first impression was so bad, I returned it and got a Toshiba 4k unit that is a pretty neat little unit, albeit at $400 more than I had paid for the Dell, alas.

I needed a smaller laptop with good memory storage to dedicate to my embroidery projects. This is perfect in all respects.

I travel a lot for work, this is the perfect laptop for trips, keeping the access to the windows and office applications.
