Easy to use. Very light durable to carry when travelling. Windows 10 easy to use

If you are always on the go with your laptop I wouldn’t recommmend this model because as a college student I always take my laptop with me and after barely two years of having it, my laptop stopped working due to issues with the motherboard.

Had to update display driver within 24 hrs of purchase due to display crash. Has been fine since. Back lit keyboard is nice, I personally do not like touch screen but it can be turned off in laptop mode. I don't use this as a convertible, but it helps prevent accidental damage by opening it 'too far' as with non-convertibles. Not a windows 10 fan, but that is what we have now and it's tolerable.

So far I am very pleased with this laptop! The speed and compact size are great!

1. Screen is too small. The size of the physical screen is about the same as my old one, but the actual size of the display is about 1 inch less on all four sides. This means lots of scrolling to see and/or read material. 2. Mouse pad/cursor is ultra sensitive and jumps around a lot, seemingly without even touching the pad. I've tried to adjust without success. This means it clicks on a lot of ads that I did not want to see, especially annoying when you are paying for data. 3. Came without any instructions, not even how to turn on. Missing many convenient features that were on my old PC.

Bought as a gift. Super fast. Great product. Likely be getting one for myself.

This laptop is a nice size and weight. I have had some difficulty turning it on. One time I had to take it in to get help in booting it up. Overall I like the functioning of it. Very nice keyboard.

Great computer for running my business ! Fast computing and great battery

Found myself looking for a laptop at Best Buy and didn't expect to leave with a Dell. I've always been true to HP laptops and after looking over the entire collection of laptops I was impressed with Dell. The appearance and build quality of the Inspiron 2-in-1 is impressive. Slim chassis and lightweight is great for travel. The price point made the sale a no-brainer.
