I went through 3 of these, trying to get one that didn't suffer from the wireless dropping out every minute. Something wrong with the entire model line.

We started with a refurbished one and the wifi would not connect. Took it back and geek squad got it running after tech and supervisors looked at it. Powered it down took it home and exact same problem. Returned it and paid the difference to get a new one, got that home and the hard drive was fried. Wasn't going to try for a third chance to get a lemon. Switch to a different brand. Best Buy was perfect in handling it. Just think the laptops are lemons.

I purchased this laptop so it would be lighter weight when traveling.

I love this small and light laptop dell. And it is very fast as well.

Once you go SSD drive, you don't go back. This baby fires up in a few seconds and is Chester-Cheetah fast. My only complaint is the screen size... so hard to find 15 inch SSD drive laptops.

Despite the warnings about the Audio issues, I decided to take my chances. Bought first one at Costco. Audio didn't work, all kind of wonkiness with the touchpad, etc. Went to Best Buy, bought it again. Audio didn't work after spending an entire day online with dell support taking over my computer and trying everything possible. They told me to return the computer since it was still within the 15 day return window. Exchanged it for a THIRD one.....it's been not quite 2 months, and Audio is out. I have spent two full afternoons online with Dell Support, who tells me I now have to return the computer to them for repair, with a 10 day turn around. This is my work computer....so you can imagine what a 10 day turn around is going to do to my business. Oh, and just when I got brave enough to transfer all my documents over to this computer, they tell me they'll have to wipe my hard drive. My webmaster recommended Dell, and now she's horrified at how this reflects on her. She perhaps feels the worst about having ever recommended it. So, there you have it....buy it at your own risk....and if you do, never put anything on it that you can't lose, and that you can't do without for 10 days or more. I have had Ipad, Mac, HP, Toshiba....this is the only one that has given me all these problems.

I have been shopping for a new laptop for personal and business use. This is my first time having SSD, and it is just as fast as I was told to expect! I went down to a 13.3 screen from a 15.6, and I'm very happy with the size. Great HD touch screen, and the laptop feels well built with quality materials. My wife has a MacBook, and I prefer this Dell.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE. NO PROBLEMS SETTING UP!! I still have to upload a security program and have not yet done so. But i am sure that with the aid of the Geek Squad, it will be a cinch.

We have had this laptop for about a week. So far so good. Liking the ssd as its a quick start up. It does get pretty hot when playing games online. Only negative I've found so far.

I have been very happy with this laptop. It's speed is impressive and the weight and screen brightness are better than expected.

I purchased this item as an open box but it kept freezing. I dont necessarily think the product is bad i just think this particular item that i purchased was just bad

I like most things about it. However, sometimes I have a hard time "waking it up" after it goes to "sleep." The back light will sometimes come on when I don't want it to.

Easy to use, like the touch screen, and opens fast

I love this laptop however sometimes the screen doesn't always work when I'm trying to click something. The battery life is good and overall a great laptop.

Great product for a 2 in 1 and solid state drive.Though the display is not as sharp. But overall good value for money.

Very friendly staff - particularly at the Princeton Nassau Pk Blvd Store - I believe Marissa and Danny really understood the requirements and were very patient in giving different options. Also explained different support care options. They must have taken care of the heat generation issue. It works fine.

It seemed like such a sensible and well crafted device. Initial start up was fast and gratifying. And then the experience went sideways; wireless connectivity with my Comcast X1 router was intermittant and would disconnect everytime I tried to perform an update. A couple hours of this and back to the store it went. I came home with a Surface Pro 4 and couldn't be happier. BTW... My Comcast X1 wireless is rock solid and connects with every one of my other dozen plus devices!
