I only wish that it came with office! This laptop has all that I need aside from office, but maybe this will encourage me to use Google documents instead!

I am supposed to get a max speed of 150 mpbs through my ISP and I get 177 wireless!!! Many great features and would definetly recommend.

Sometimes I lose my cursor and can only use touch and sometimes I lose touch screen and can only use cursor. I am planning however to purchase a Dell Gold Tech Support Contract, because they are about the same in price as basic Geek Squad and when I have a problem they come to my house and assess the problem and then come back the next day with the parts to finish the job - no sending it out and not having it back for a month!

The laptop has been doing well so far. I have only been using it for about five days though and it has not had any problems so far .

This laptop is really sturdy and tough, allowing to be lugged around everywhere you go. The screen size is great for use on a desk or straight on the lap. Convert it to a tablet to use the touchscreen features.

Great 2n1 for the time. I just recently messed up the keyboard and had to start using it as a tablet and it just confirmed that in 2016 I made the best laptop purchase of my life. I will never ever be able to top this purchase.

This machine disappointed me greatly I really wanted to like it. It a has a more premium feel but using it was another matter. Returned the first cause the WiFi was buggy at best, same problems on the second. Dell technical support was inept. I WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME ON ANOTHER DELL AGAIN !!!! DELL QUALITY CONTROL IS NON EXISTENT

I love this laptop. Great configuration. But I didn't like trackpad. Even with the SSD, it take time to start my laptop.

A little disappointed in the battery life but overall the computer has everything I'm looking for.

Nice size and build. No outstanding features and suits needs.

The system itself seems to be built really well. The biggest issues seem to be more with Windows 10 than any hardware. Screen drivers always having to reload or other Windows 10 issues that seem to be known after doing some research. Love the machine past that but not sure I would buy another one right now until Microsoft works out some more kinks.

This laptop is nice. The design is nice had having the backlit keyboard is always a plus. I have had a few issues with the laptop glitching and freezing up and shutting down while i was using netflix or microsoft word.

My son uses this computer in his classroom, in a charter school and finds it very useful.

I bought this laptop for my husband to use for personal and work. He likes it. We have bought other Dell computers and we are always happy with our purchases.

High end machine for mid range price. This PC does just about everything well. It does take some time to get use to the 13 inch screen but it is more mobile.

I love this computer. I have always used Dell computers, and this one didn't disappoint.
