    Have owned this just over a month and have had difficulty staying connected on the internet...my 3 year old Dell studio model connects still with no problem in the exact location in my house, but not the new 2 in 1 Dell model. Otherwise it's a nice machine.

    My laptop ended up coming out of the box with issues. Would not connect to the Wi-Fi after hours I finally got that fixed just to realize there was no sound. I downloaded all the drivers contacted Dell support and ultimately return the laptop.
