This 2-1 is a definite upgrade from my previous laptop. It's really fast and being able to use it as a tablet is a major plus.

I purchased this laptop to use and should not have to jump through all of these hoops, knowing that the WiFi issue still might not be resolved. The laptop was returned to BestBuy. BestBuy should know this issue and fix it in order to sell it.

Well I ignored the other reviews and got it anyway, and guess what, wifi worked for all of 2 minutes. Now no wifi so less than 24 hours into owning it back to Best Buy, guess it's a DUD!

It is a good notebook for this price. I'm satisfied with it.

No complaints about the hardware but the Windows 10 OS is a total mess. Microsoft is in a hurry and simply tried to cover up the greatest failures of Windows 8. It doesn't work. This OS is half baked at best and even though they are pushing it online as a free upgrade, it seems they can't give it away. The sad simple truth is Win 10 does not work. Stay away from any computer with Win 10 or you regret it every time you try to turn it on.

Didn't need this big of a computer but it works. It's to be used for college and has what it needs to do.

This is a great buy for the price. It's sleek and lightweight and I'm very happy with the purchase.

I loved my previous Dell, so when it was time to upgrade from Vista, I chose this model. The boot up time is crazy fast. I have had it for a couple months now and am very pleased with my purchase.

OMG!! What Happened to Dell?? It used to be such a great company. This Computer Keeps losing wifi connection!! Bad bad Wifi!!. Don't Waste your money on this trash. Bought 2 and returned them the same day

Beautiful laptop with great specs at an affordable price. Unfortunately it is a total dog. First one I got generated multiple errors during the initial boot up process and was not usable. The next two had non functioning wireless adapters and could not connect to the Internet. I will not be opting for a fourth one

The ssd helps the charge stay longer and has a fast processor.

In general, this laptop is very good! Very fast (RAM 8Gb, SSD, Intel Core i7 6th). But this laptop had a very big mistake about the convenience. You will be very difficult to open the laptop. It will hurt your hand because there's no place hold to open the the top cover.

This computer is loaded. It has everything needed and the folding ability is a nice little bonus!

to sum it up, i hate this computer. The wifi connectivity is freaking horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $%$^$#TGFEWF ITs frustrating dont buy this thing.

Out of the box I began having Wifi issue, eventually the adapter no longer showed up in the device manager (within 15 minutes). Then after doing a factory reset it was a dead stick, keyboard lights come on but nothing after that. Back to Best Buy to return it.
