We bought this for my wife's work, and it really works well! But the service we received during this purchase was 2nd to none! Thank you to the Sioux Falls crew and all their help!!!

Used a Macbook Pro in the past and wanted something with a similar feel. Mostly use internet based programs with some moderate word processing. This Dell has fit the bill for the most part. I like the keyboard, it's backlit and I think it's a better typing experience than a MacBook. The trackpad can be twitchy, non- existent or a general PIA. Since it's a touchscreen you can utilize that feature but I opted for a mouse. I prefer a mouse and it's a nice set up for me but I try to avoid situations I use the trackpad.

I should have stuck with never buying a dell again after the hinges on my last one broke leaving the screen flapping around. I replaced it with a MacBook pro and a ipad which I have dropped in the same fashion as this new dell and the MacBook barely had blemish and the ipad had no damage. Both apple products were still 100% functional. I got this new dell because I needed a windows computer for work and it has fared much worse. The metal frame has a significant bend and the access door has a crack in it. This I could live with but the hinge opposite of the corner that hit the floor is now broken the screen won't open more than 80ish degrees.

This is a great laptop for the price. Solid state is the way to go. Far better than a hard drive. It powers up so fast, there is no lag time. Keyboard is well lit and easy to read. The touch screen is very sensitive, so it took a little getting used to.

Purchased for college bound student. Perfect size. Has a quick start-up. No issues with Wi-Fi connectivity however I did spent the time to go through all the software updates on the initial set-up.

Bought the Dell after coming off Comprable Lenovo model which was stolen. Wanted full hdmi connector and not micro (which was a pain on the Lenovo Yoga). Has been solid performing unit. Would've given full 5 stars had it not been for what I consider below expectations on the wifi connectivity aspect. Frequent issues with dropped and hard to connect to make it a bit frustrating at times but overall I am very pleased with the Dell Inspiron.

Just purchased this computer today, used it for about a minute until the wireless quit working. Figured I'd take a chance and they'd have the problem fixed, jokes on me. Wireless comes on long enough to get the page opened, then shuts off for 5 minutes. I know it's not the router, I have my HP right beside it and it works fine. Listen to everyone else and save yourself the time going back and forth. Will be purchasing an HP x360 tomorrow.

I bought this Dell 2-in-1 13.3" touch screen laptop as my Lenovo laptop died and I was going on a river cruise for 20 days and I was leaving for Bucharest, Romania 2 days later. It worked perfectly, very fast with the Intel core i7 chip. The laptop had 8GB of memory and an internal 256 GB solid state drive, both sufficient for my purposes. So downloading pictures was a breeze and I took over 4,000 pictures on my Danube River cruise visiting 7 countries in 20 days. I did bring along a 500 GB external drive to save a second copy of all pictures and once again, the speed of transfer was outstanding. It was pretty light-weight as I carried it in my backpack on the international flights. All in all, the laptop worked well and gave me absolutely no problems whatsoever.
