Very nice laptop, but had driver problem when matching up with a new Netgear router. Running well after Geek Squad updated the driver.

Past experience with numerous Dell computers has been very positive. I currently own a newer 8700 XPS desktop and I am very pleased. Purchased this laptop because I wanted a small laptop/tablet, Windows based tablet in addition to my iPad. Hardware was impressive (i7, 256 SSD, 8G memory, and more). Fired it up and it would not stay connected to the internet for more than 3 to 5 minutes. The WiFi would drop. During the time WiFi was up, Windows 10 started to download updates automatically. While downloading and installing updates, the WiFi would fall off, disconnecting from the internet. I would restart several times hoping that the updates might fix the WiFi problem. It did not fix the WiFi problem and the OS became corrupt. Restarts would take 7 to 10 minutes. Worked with Dell Tech support for over 2 hours, on the phone. They were unable to remotely take control because the WiFi would not stay on long enough. I was not able to do a factory mirror reset per request of tech support. The Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 3165+Bluetooth 4.0 would disappear from the device manager. I had viewed numerous complaints of this WiFi issue and hoped that I had received a unit with updated and a corrected OS. This had been an ongoing problem that I thought Dell would have addressed by now. Dell was was going to mail me an OS dongle to replace and repair my corrupt OS. Enough is enough. I purchased a laptop to use and should not have to jump through all of these hoops, knowing that the WiFi issue might not be resolved. The laptop was returned and I received a full refund. Thank you Best Buy. I will have to think twice in purchasing another Dell computer.

Really like this pc. It is very fast with a 6th Gen. I7. Strongly recommend for those who are in college and need a fast,mobile pc.

there is some problem with drivers, the laptop didn't pick up wifi, asked for graphic driver, it's just not that great for the brand new laptop. got problem as the first use. I returned and got another Dell and still got the same problem.

This is an outstanding product. It does everything it promised and had additional features. I would buy it again. Great price aldo

Would give this 4.5 stars. Impressed with the speed of this laptop. I was not happy with the brightness of the display, prefer it brighter. Went to color menu, adjusted brightness to plus 5, and adjusted color, happy with it after that. Had apc turned off and brightness turned up all the way. Like the size and also the tablet mode.

It's a good size and I really like the weight. This is my first laptop and tablet combo and I really enjoy the flexibility. I was worried about hitting the keys when it was in tablet mode, but I haven't had a problem. The scroll feature on the mouse is a little finicky, but I came from a Mac to this computer so that's likely the cause!

Love it. It is quite a bit different from my old Dell and so I have a lot to learn yet. I just need more time to do things on it.

Very light weight. Very powerful. Very quick. Easy to use & the touch screen is convenient - more convenient than I initially thought. Zero issues with thus far.

It has all of the features needed for a great laptop. I would have liked to have the numbers on the right hand side of the keyboard; but I'll adjust to them only being at the top of the keyboard. The lighted keyboard is also a plus. I like the size its light weight and easy to carry with you. The color and speed are good as well.

This laptop is very fast, stylish and a great value for the money. Great size to use at home and very portable for use when traveling. I love this computer!

Quality without being over the top. The components are great and device is light back-lit keyboard is also a great touch.

I'm not a fan of touch screen but, I'm starting to like it because of this computer. The memory exceeds my expectations for my schoolwork. The only setback is that the computer touchpad is extremely sensitive. I highly recommend a mouse for it. Overall, for college or business, this computer does the job and then some.

Lighter than my old laptop, great graphics for clear screen, very speedy compared to old laptop. Love the touchscreen, 2 in 1 functionality. Having some problems when connecting to home wireless but works great when connecting to fiber optic wireless network.

So wanted a Dell, my sales personnel was awesome in helping me. Very happy I went to Best Buy for Dell couldn't help me.

Great computer so far. Far surpasses my previous system. Great upgrade in technology for the price and it's only 2 years new than my previous computer. The tablet option is nice to have in leisure time while the actual laptop option is perfect for work.

I'm very happy with this computer. Is fast and very responsive. The display is extremely clear. I do cad (TurboCAD/CadSoft) and 3D graphics and its speed is good. Boots very fast. Only problem was that it would not initially boot Windows 10 out of the box, but with some support from Dell, it was up an running in a few minutes.

Perfect laptop for business or personal use. Very Iight weight with great contrast. Also the i7 prosper combined with the ss drive make this very fast.
