It is very fast compared to our old one. I love Dell products.

The computer runs alright in terms of speed but it has 2 big problems. The touchpad is terrible. It’s so finicky. If you put any uneven pressure on the laptop the touchpad goes frantic. By uneven pressure I mean literally having a hand leaning on the laptop or if you have the laptop on your lap. Problem 2 is that every time my laptop needs an update, the mouse disappears from the screen and will not return until I update my laptop. It forces me to use the touch screen to go to my settings and update. Also the battery life is terrible. Display is not good. It flutters a lot if you move down or up too fast on a website

My purchase of the Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 14-inch touch top Laptop has been very positive. It has been a great improvement on the Dell Inspiron which I had purchased several years earlier. This one has the great features that I was used to, but it has more power and more memory and an upgraded operating system.

On sale, this is a tough option to beat. i7/16GB/512GB is a great configuration to last most people quite a while as a daily device. Port selection is pretty good (1 USB-A, 2 USB-C, SD, 3.5mm, and HDMI), with Ethernet (and maybe a second USB-A) the only omissions. The plastic body doesn't feel cheap, but it cuts down on the weight really well (versus the metal body of my HP Envy). The keyboard is one of the better ones I tested, especially when put against others in its sale price range of $800-900. The screen could be a bit better, but it's, again, far from the worst I've seen. If you can get it in the $850 or less, it's a great pick. At its usual pricing ($1,000-1,100), there are quite a lot of good alternatives (especially from the Lenovo Yoga line) that provide a better overall package (especially with the chassis and keyboard feel).

Very fast. The graphics are nice. Battery life is good not great but good enough. Fingerprint reader is really nice touch along with the webcam slider blocker so you don't have to use tape to cover it lol. Almost no bloatware so that was cool

Love the new laptop, But I am disappointed with the Best Buy Price Match, I bought this Laptop for about 1100, and was on sale 3 days later for 800.99 Called to get a price match and they said okay and will do, this has been weeks ago and money is still not on my credit card. I hope someone reaches out to me.
