Good laptop with good processor speed, for work and home.

Computer is good and fast. However, battery life is short. It runs out in about 3 hours if running consistently. So keep that charger near by. The charger cord should have a way to be packed together instead of being a long cord lose around.

This computer provides a touch screen making task it easy to explore. It's a good size screen and is light wait and very portable.

We bought this one for our son's 16 years old birthday. He is a graphic/cartoon artist. He loves it and runs heavy memory programs on it. It is definitely suiting for his need. And he commented the graphic is very good as well. I might actually get one myself soon.

This is a great laptop. As a college student it does everything I need. The 2 in 1 feature is great for note taking. I have two minor complaints: battery life could be better and the hill quality could be better. Nonetheless these are very nit picky things. This gets the job done great for college students.

This laptop is perfect. It seems very durable. My last laptop, a Lenovo, suffered a broken hinge after barely a year. I had to replace it and I'm real pleased with this Dell Inspiron 2 in 1. The display is crisp and clear and it just seems very solid. That's all I'm asking for!

Big fan of Dells usually but this one’s battery would noticeably overheat, other than that I really liked using it until the motherboard got fried from a power surge!

Bestbuy should also diaplay the actual warranty remaining time for the product if it open box or clearance. So customer can see begore buying it and that will save uncessory return if thats the reason of customer. Best online data update to system really need improvemnt.

bought it for work, the first weeks I almost died, it went full black, wouldn't turn on the screen with the on/off button! I was mortified. After searching I had to unplug everything and hold the on/off button a few seconds and then hold it again to turn on, the biggest scare of my life :(

Great laptop for the price! Display colors are great, and as someone who has never had a windows laptop before, it's everything I've wanted! The only issues I have with it is that the mouse can lag occasionally and the battery is not the best.

Good but not great. Size is good for home use but not compact enough to carry around daily. CPU is very quick BUT screen resolution is very poor…blurry and not bright enough. Low quality screen. Everything else works perfectly!!

This laptop has everything I wanted: small screen, 2 in 1, fast processor, plenty of memory, decent sized SSD, and a backlit keyboard. It is perfect for use in meetings and for travel.

This is a very nice middle of the road laptop. You can always expect a good quality product from Dell, and this laptop is no different. Featuring the latest 12th gen Intel Core i7 processor along with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD hard drive this laptop performs very well for your day-to-day tasks. If I had one small gripe it would be that the hard drive is only 512 GB. I would like to see at least a 1TB in there. Not sure if there is a spot for a second hard drive to be installed, but I’m betting there isn’t just because of the small forma factor of the laptop. It is a very small, lightweight, and portable device. Having the option to use it as a tablet is great too, its just one less gadget you have to carry around with you. This will easily fit in your bag and it wont feel like you’re carrying a bag of bricks around with you. I found the touchscreen to be very responsive and found myself using it more than the touchpad even when in laptop mode. Another cool feature it has is a fingerprint reader to easily unlock the computer. No more forgetting your password and getting locked out of your laptop. I found it to work great and once I got my prints scanned in; it was able to read them every time. I had some family members try to log in using their fingers and every one of them was denied, so it worked great! Performance-wise, this is a great laptop for everyday use. It will boot up in under 15 seconds. Moving around from websites to videos to word documents is all very quick and snappy. Sure, this isn’t a gaming laptop, but that’s not what its designed to be. This is perfect for anyone that does a lot of basic computing and maybe even a little advanced stuff that’s not too processor intensive. For example, I had no problem using Photoshop and the touchscreen make it much easier to use! I was also able to use Cubase to record some music as well and it worked with ease. I could imagine gaming and things like video editing might be a little bit of a challenge on here though. It has a backlit keyboard which is great for working in low light conditions and I am VERY happy that it has a SD card slot (you’d be surprised how many computers don’t come with these nowadays) I do a lot of photo editing as well as using my drone and GoPro and it makes it so much easier to transfer files if I can just stick the card in the laptop. So, kudos to Dell for keeping these in their laptops! Overall, I thing your average computer user will be very happy with this laptop, it would be absolutely perfect for students due to its small size and portability. Dell did it again with another great laptop!

Fast, bright (feels like 300+ nits at max brightness), speakers are loud, and it has a sliding camera cover built in. Love the 1255U CPU and the extra vertical screen space. Disassembly looks easy if I ever decide to upgrade the ram/hdd or replace the battery. Laptop charges and works with my HP docking station via USB-C though I get a warning when laptop first turns on (dock has 2 monitors at 1080p that work, and I plugged another in via the extra USB-C port). Yeah it's not thunderbolt USB-C, but it's good enough for most of what I do. I took off one star because battery life drops to 4 hours when watching HD YouTube (was hoping for 10+ hours). Still great for travel and programming. Great deal at $799, was originally going to buy an HP Specte X360 14, but this had better specs at $500 less.

Great laptop for the price. No issues. Clear picture, is a Dell.. Do u have confidence.. not as nice as xps.. But it's also half the price

I am always looking for a good deal and when i found this hp i was flooored. The screen has great resolution, i like the fingerprint scanner for extra security/ easy unlock. The solid state drive boots up in seconds. Definitely worth the money.
