We've had several Dell XPS and really loved them, however price was a big factor this time around. I can't tell any difference really, this is a nice laptop and is working grat so far.

I like that it is small & fits perfectly on my desk. I also like that as soon as you open the lid it comes on, there is no button to turn it on.

The whole laptop was good. It helps for all my education needs. But the thing is its get lacking while i was opening multiple tabs or doing multi tasks apart from that every thing is good

Very nice laptop w/great screen visibility, nice touch screen, and light enough to take anyware.

I never know what I'm going to see when I open the lid; sometimes there's a pleasant picture to like, or a black screen, or a date time all of which require a click to get the pin entry

Bought this for my wife, who has been an Apple devotee since her first computer decades ago. I am a PC guy since DOS days. She frequently would ask me how to do something on her Mac and I would say "I don't know how to help you on the Mac but if you had a PC I could". Well after all these years, she finally bought this and loves it! This laptop is more powerful than my two year old desktop!

nice size for carrying around everyday. fast and reliable.

I have been using computers since the early Mac days. This Dell product is one of the finest I have used. Virtually no set up required It linked to my internet, home network and old HP printer seamlessly. It extremely fast and I like the Cloud storage which compliments my network. I got many more features for the money than any other computer I shopped for.

Love my laptop. Easy to use. Fast. Bought a mouse, makes it so much easier to use.

Good quality and price. Size and weight were important and this unit hits the mark for both.

I purchased this without expecting the decrease of USB ports. Please go back to making products with more ports. I am not sure why, probably Milllenials.

It was an out of box purchase. I didn’t know that meant no paperwork, no instructions, nothing but the computer. Lucky for me this wasn’t my first rodeo, or new computer.

Old laptop was outdated, needed something compatible for possibly working remotely. Had been looking at this model for few months. When price dropped, it was time to buy.

Dell was working well, but after one year, it started freezing especially the mouse, and I had to switch the touchscreen with the mouse pad

I love Dell products; it's my preferred brand for monitors and Windows PCs, and I've had many. I have a Dell XPS, which I love, but I find that I never use it out of the house anymore, so some of the sacrifices made in favor of portability were missed. When I saw the specs on this Inspiron, I was blown away by the price. I was expecting a much more expensive machine with a 12th gen i7, 16gb of memory and a 512gb hard drive. While I didn't want an ultrabook, I didn't want a heavy machine either...this Inspiron is the perfect size and weight for me. I laptop comes with a USB-C charger and that's it. For me, it has the perfect amount of ports; 2 USB-C's, HDMI, a headphone jack, card reader and a traditional USB port. The finger print reader works great and the keys offer a pleasant typing experience. The trackpad is fantastic, responsive and fast. Setup with Windows 11 was a breeze as usual, Microsoft has really improved upon that process. The laptop doesn't get too hot and the battery life is pretty decent, though I mostly use it while plugged into my Dell U2722DE monitor via USB-C. The machine runs wonderfully and with the included specs, I'm pretty much future proofed for awhile.

Best Buy is the absolute place for your electronic devices. Staff. Will explain everything to you even what you don't expect. I can wait to return there l.

It's small and lightweight, but powerful with 16gb of RAM. The battery life is good. I am very happy with the laptop.
