    Powerful laptop. Having issues with randomly shutting off. Outside of that the processor speed is good and its overall functionality works for me. I would recommend this computer for normal office work.

    Its good in every way besides the fact that in just 1 year the touch pad has started to malfunction. it is extremely annoying using it because its not working properly.

    Finally broke down & bought 1st laptop. Good value for the price, great screen, storage and memory, lighted keypad a must. Video playback is flawless. Touch pad must be clicked in center only. Problems with WiFi but that may be my inexperience with it. Don't rely on delivery promises - needed for a trip and BB/UPS blew it.
