    Needed a new laptop for school and photo products. I ran out of space on my 2017 MacBook air and didn't feel like spending over another grand for a new laptop. I bought the Dell open box and it's great. It has the three things I wanted. SD card slot, light up keyboard and 512gb for my storage needs.

    Seems to work very well so far, except for a little glitch that happened after having it for a couple of weeks. Screen just went black for a few seconds, and some things had to be re-started. Hopefully, that won't happen again.

    I got this on sale for about 600 bucks for school and it's been amazing. The screen is definitely a little flimsy but you get used to it, other than that the processing power you get for the size is perfect for my needs. It won't run any high end games very well, but for my computer science degree it keeps up amazing with my work!
