I love it great on job sites and easy to use my boss likes it

It worked good for the first 2 years and then it just stopped working. I’d used it one day then the next day the screen was black. The fans worked and the keyboard light came on but nothing else. I’m outside of my warranty guidelines and can’t even use it. I probably the laptop in June 2022 and as of September 2024 I can’t use it. I basically wasted $800.

Was great for writing, office suite, art, minor gaming, etc. until it was stolen :'( Great work / school / studio laptop. Only complaint is the battery life can become a bit hassle, but as long as you charge overnight, you should be good for a good while.

I bought this laptop for my daughter to use for school. She likes it very much. It is light in weight and has a lot of good feature for. I has fitted right in her backpack and good battery life.

I bought this for my wife to use to run Zoom meetings for classes at her dance studio. I was pretty skeptical but it's great! It was faster to set up than I thought it would be and it runs well. The video quality is solid. She really likes it. I might get another one as a backup to my work laptop.

This computer ran smoothly and was perfect until it wasn’t. I bought this computer a year ago for college. In around 4 months the audio was messed up. I couldn’t listen to anything that was playing on google only certain apps worked. Not only that but I had minor issues with it. Im hugely disappointed as two weeks ago when I had it in tablet mode the hinge got stuck and when I tried flipping it to laptop mode it shattered the corner of my screen. I was trying to loosen the hinge and ended up detaching the hinge from the screen. Now the Touchscreen doesn’t work. I’m waiting on a quote to get it fix but might get a new one completely.

Excellent computer and a good value. System is completely user upgradeable both RAM and SSD. Far superior to any comparable Intel model for a lower price.

Honestly was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m really not up to date on the latest in laptops or anything that way. I was so overwhelmed but my sales person was so so helpful & really broke down to me & made me so comfortable about making my purchase

Got it on sale for Black Friday. Pretty fast computer, and easy to set up. so far, so good. I've had previous HP's, but am liking the Dell. Great computer for the price.

I have had this laptop for over a year now and I still love it! Works great for productivity and even gaming. I play Civilization and Sims 4 with lots of mods; this laptop handles all of it like a champ.

I really like this computer! I had the same one but an older model for years and it died on me so I purchased this one. Runs well and I like the key board. Feels high quality.

I was hesitant to get another Dell after previous experiences but this computer has blown me away! It's fast, light, and has a Macbook sleek feel to it. Highlt recommend!
