    I have been working with a team of people at the Westland, MI location for a couple weeks. I look forward to working with them further to ensure my son has access to all of the technology accommodations available to him. When I initially asked for help obtaining two new computer within a budget, I was met by a team of associates that went above and beyond. (Kyle, Jacob, Yousiff, Jess, Ashley) They did all of the searching and comparing and presented me with exactly what my son needed. They also took the time to explain the difference and why they would be beneficial to my son. They were patient and cared about the job they were doing. Their action took a stressful situation and made it enjoyable. This included two staff member that helped me get the best price at checkout. I was blessed to have the exact same experience when I picked up my sons computer. This time a a team of associates (Will, Kyle, Ross, Anastasia, Brenna) patiently explained everything. Not only had they gone above and beyond setting everything up and making sure my son had exactly what he needed, they had directions already written out for something they knew I would need to help him at home. Thank you to all of the individuals that have helped my son. It is obvious that you care and want him to be able to express his knowledge with the help of technology.
