I look forward to using it for my independent contracting business! Have not tested battery life yet. The Best Buy 'Geek,' Jayden, was amazing and answered all of my questions in an understandable manner. He got my software uploaded and helped me purchase/upload the malware. My experience was '5 star!' Thank you, Jayden!!

Geeksquad looked at it once for me and experienced what I experience on ZOOM so they uninstalled and installed ZOOM & Spotify. I use Spotify to play music during my ZOOM sessions and the sound quality is still fuzzy. And all of my ZOOM settings have been adujusted.

Also got a great price. Haven't had a chance to gage battery life yet but older son has an older version of this and hasn't had any battery issues.
