    The staff was very helpful, but the item was not in stock. So we got a week to have it delivered and since we are members of the Geeks, we had it installed (Thank God - its not so complex that we would not be able to do it ourselves. The "Geek was very helpful, kind and patient, but even he took almost 3 hours to get it all installed, up and running. The waiting for installation kind of took some of the fun and "happiness" out of the purchase. But the sales person was knowledgeable and was bending backwards to find one in stock, suggested some peripherals I know I need, and the both the store experience and the "geek" experience were really great. I'd never shop for electronics or "electrics" anywhere else.

    I bought this 2-1 laptop to use in my garage for my car instead of taking the family's laptop and i absolutely love it. I highly recommend it. The only thing im gonna do is to take the RAM from 8 mb to 64mb. I dont think i have to but i just want to cause its already really fast.

    Nice laptop. Light weight and small but the way it's designed gives you a large screen. I just wish it had more USB ports or at least one more of the older larger USB ports. We needed to buy an extension with ports. But I would definitely recommend to others.
