    Everything about this laptop is good except the sound. The crackling noise that comes out of the speakers is due to faulty hardware, and cannot be fixed via device drivers and settings. I should have bought this laptop new instead of refurbished.

    Great laptop for all-around PC needs. It's fast and has lots of storage. I do a lot of my "computing" on an iPad and find the touch screen on this laptop to be very useful. It was a great deal for the price!
