    So far, so good. Love the picture quality. Bought this little unit to travel with. Hasnt disappointed so far... battery life could be a little better though.

    Battery Issue from the start

    This machine had problems from the moment I opened it up. It would not take a charge, was very slow when plugged in. I could not install Microsoft office I kept getting error codes. Thought that the battery was working after inital charging. Took it off the charger drove home (20 min) got home and no charge. Would not recommend! Returned immediately

    I bought a new model and the battery was not recognized within 1 week. I had barely used the laptop when this issue came up. Pretty ridiculous to have the battery crap out on my 7th day of ownership. I will say the purchasing and return process was very easy though.

    Internet connectivity issue

    Bought it less than two months ago and already having serious problem with internet access. The Geek Squad guy said it’s a problem with Windows 11 and the Real Tex Media software. I had to spend more money for a workaround plug in device and it’s still not working right. I’m considering returning everything and demanding my money back.

    Blue Screen and Reboot Constantly

    I bought this laptop for work with high intentions. However, since I have purchased this laptop, I have had several issues. Constant Blue Screens and BitLock encryptions. Takes me about two hours every time this occurs. Very annoying and it seems as there is no fix.
