Really cheap material. They invented something that they can't sustain. After exactly one year the screen articulation is totally destroyed. And the keys letters print is geting out. Yes, I took care of my computer, and I barely used it fully open.

First week it was ok. After that, I noticed a popping noise when opening the laptop. The right side of the laptop’s casing breaks open when I open the laptop, looks like the hinge on the right aide is forcing it to open. Not satisfied at all and will return soon.

Had issues with the battery. It was not getting recognized by the laptop.

The speaker quality could be better but it’s overall a pretty decent computer.

Security sign in options are password, pin code or using my fingerprint which is the best form of secure sign in. Amazon Alexa for PC is also included for making commands with my voice to assist me with everyday life situations. McAfee security and Microsoft Office comes in a trial version. I have access to the Microsoft store to install hundreds of apps. Skype is pre-installed as well for video calling. It is a good laptop but I like my older one better. Had trouble getting it setup.

Great portable 2-in-1 laptop. This is a well built laptop that is a great size for doing typical tasks you use for a laptop. My teenage daughter likes this laptop due to its size and functionality. It has an HDMI port, (2) USB-C ports, an SD card slot and a USB-Gen 1 as well as a headset port. All perfect for what a typical user that just wants to browse the internet or do school work or game. We like that it is light and portable as it was used for a virtual meeting where the laptop moved around the house due to background noise. The only issue I had early was after connecting to the wifi in the house it took a while to reconnect. I was experiencing some issue where it stated I was not connected to the internet but I was but I could also not see the wifi network or even select a different network. I restarted the computer and it seems to be working fine now. The screen looks crisp and videos look great on this. It doesn't get to hot streaming movies which some of the more portable compact 2-in-1's can get a little hot. Connecting a mouse was seamless and also folding it to use as a tablet worked great as well. I would like to get a e-pen to do some drawing and will revise the review. The sound doesn't sound to bad and I did connect wireless headphones which also linked seamlessly and quick. Great little 2-in-1 in my opinion.

not as intuitive as I would like. Would like the power cord to be at the back, not side.
