    A nice machine. It is quite fast and connects to wifi easily. Camera quality is great. My kid uses it for gaming, long distance video communication, writing, and photo editing. All around great device.

    I want to like this laptop, but it's just too loud. The fan constantly runs so loud that I am asked during online meetings, "who's mowing the lawn?", or "what's all of the feedback?". Unfortunately, this is a dealbreaker as online meetings are a requirement of my job. As a result, this laptop will not work for me. I have two other laptops in this product family, and all have the same loud fan issue. Will be returning this for something more quiet and less disruptive in Zoom and Teams meetings.

      • Or, click Browse all products and select your Dell computer from the list.
      3. Select the Operating System.
      4. Under Category, select BIOS.
      5. Locate the latest System BIOS.

    I really liked the keyboard but just a week after buying, it started to lag on a single application and would require restarts every so often. Still decent though

That is not the type of product Dell intends to deliver or the type of feedback we like to hear from our customers. Below I have provided troubleshooting steps and a link to help resolve your issue.
      1. On the BIOS (System Setup) screen, click Post Behavior.
      2. Click Fn Lock Options.
      3. Read the information as to what the options are, and make the wanted selection.
      4. Click Exit.
      5. Confirm saving the changes.
      Your computer restarts now.
      1. On the BIOS screen, press the Right Arrow key until the Advanced menu is highlighted.
      2. Press the Down Arrow key until Function Key Behavior.
      3. Using the Up or Down arrows, select the wanted Function Key Behavior default, and press the Enter key.
      4. Press the Right Arrow key until the Exit menu is highlighted.
      5. Press the Down Arrow key until Exit Saving Changes or Save Changes (or similar wording) is highlighted, and then press the Enter key.
      6. Press the Enter key on Yes to Save Configuration (or similar wording)

    2-in-1 14" FHD+ Touch Laptop

    So far, extremely satisfied with the 2-in-1 Touch Laptop. Used primarily to monitor SDR's, software defined radios for amateur radio transmissions in a remote setting. Took extra time to configure with Windows 11 but once set working well.

    This laptop is great! It does everything I need it to do (primarily Microsoft Office) very well. It will be a great tool for class during the upcoming semester. Very satisfied!

    Nice Laptop - Great Sale Price. I replaced a 2013 Dell Laptop with this one. Very Powerful CPU, lots of Memory and a very fast Solid State Drive. According to sale, I saved $250 off of its former list price. The only thing I am not accustom to is the smaller 14" Touch Screen. My old Laptop had a larger screen and was not a Touch Screen. Still learning about the features and how to best use this little monster of a Dell Computer

    I’ve had this laptop almost 2 years & it died!! Took it to a repair shop & they couldn’t even fix. Said something was wrong with the motherboard. Not happy!!

    Bought this for a client; setup was quick and painless and she's quite happy so far (three weeks+ since delivery). 512GB is _just_ about the smallest drive I can comfortably recommend, but for business use (and with most documents living in the cloud these days) it's working out nicely. Be aware: no laptop smaller than 15 inches (that I'm aware of) has a built-in numeric keypad; if you work with numbers, consider getting an external keyboard or at least an external 10-key.

    This laptop worked well for a year but suddenly stopped working. The laptop won't come on for me anymore. Extremely disappointed.

    Had this just over a year and the screen went black and won’t turn on. Paid Best Buy Geek Squad to diagnose it but they can’t fix it.

    It’s great! I say get one especially if it’s on sale. I really like this laptop. I have found myself wishing it came with at least another USB port and/or a recommended thunderbolt but, luckily I had a Thunderbolt from an older laptop I had that worked great.
