    Excellent Dell windows 14 inch laptop, my second. Easy to set up but needed new mouse to transfer data (only 1 traditional USB) but have experienced Outlook email issues only resolved by restarting PC. Also, first unit developed fatal SSD issue on day one. Easy return. Second one all good. Love the sub one minute boot up time.

    After damaging my previous Dell laptop beyond repair, I was able to upgrade to this laptop for just a little money since I have the Totaltech Protection Plan. I like the 2-in-1 touch screen features and the solid state drive. I lost a couple inches of horizontal screen width, but I don't miss it.

    The keyboard is smooth and easy to type on and the computer runs great. Also feels like a premium build and not cheap. I do wish it had more usb ports though. And my only other issue is the fingerprint sensor isn’t always fully accurate. Otherwise it runs great :)
