    Came out defective, and could not connect to wi-fi. I had to return it and get another one and it's working, seems fine

    Love this computer; very solid, fast, and works well. I rely on my Dell as my home computer; It does not transpose numbers and dates as my Samsung does (travel computer) on forms I must use for work. I swear I have a computer devil hovering over me daily. I write a lot of reports, and the weirdest stuff happens; now I am anxious because of my bad luck with them. My Lenovo just up and died after 5 years of use; my husband suggested to try Dell. So glad I did!

    pretty good computer though I hd a lot of issues with it and had to get it replaced. now it runs pretty slow but that makes sense since i code so

    Bought this computer for my daughter to use for college. It has been great! Super fast, no lagging, and the battery life is perfect!

    Worked good the first fee days i got it then began turning off randomly and beeping really loudly telling me the motherboard didnt work. I did buy this used is supposed excellent condition but i think if it did work right right it wouldve been great.

    This laptop I got for work - it is terrible hardware. The back side has a sharp edge that cut my finger and I started bleeding while presenting at work. The trackpad is terrible. If the laptop isn't balanced on a flat surface, the trackpad barely works at all. It's not a laptop if I can't use it while balancing it in my lap lol. Thankfully the touch screen is pretty good. Sometimes my cursor just disappears. Sometimes my camera stops working. This computer is a mystery to me.

    Great. Has everything I need. It’s Touchscreen and has a nice processor. It’s fast and easy to carry but slippery. Battery life is 3-4 hours I think. The display is good.

    Fantastic laptop one of the best on the market, would highly recommend for professional use, was going to get a MacBook Pro but decided to get a dell instead

    Will be returning it. It crashes very frequently.. seems like i got a faulty one. Hopefully best buy will replace it as i got just 10 days ago

    faulty keyboard

    I have had this laptop for 1 1/2 years. The keyboard will break on you. Some keys work and others don't. I've already had it repaired once and it broke again. Very disappointed
