    Purchased one of the "open box" laptops. Overall it's been treating me really well, but I have noticed some minor issues with the microphone and speakers that sound isn't all that clear when I first get on a zoom or teams call, but it clears up after a few minutes. I'll take that minor issue for saving a little over $100 on a laptop though. Also, the customer service experience was great, so if I could leave 4.5 stars I would!

    Purchased this laptop during the holidays when it was on sale and have always had a preference for the Dell laptops. Even though I was first disappointed that Dell no longer manufactures the Inspiron 13 2-in-1 laptops, which I had bought for my daughter a few years ago, this Inspiron 14 2-in-1 has the same features as the Inspiron 13, but with a better Intel i7 Core processor and 16gb of RAM. Glad that I got this for my grad school classes.
