    Been useful for the most part, has trouble running MAGIX editing software and some audio softwares, but for design and drawing it's been great.

    The computer is fantastic. The only difficulty was I lost my Systran Language Program because my new Dell Inspiron is a Windows 11 and the Systran Language Program could not be transferred to my new Dell Computer. Other thn this the computer is excellent.

    Terrific laptop. It’s fast and has great resolution. I like the Dell updates and Microsoft. It’s easy to maneuver and set up bookmarks. Intuitive icons and alerts. Nice keyboard. Plus as a tech member, the geek squad set it up for me for free just as I asked.

    Overall, I'm happy with this laptop BUT the keyboard and touchpad are very touchy. Also, not a fan of Windows 11; it keeps trying to be helpful and guess what I want to do. No, Windows 11, you don't know.

    Great overall. Have noticed some issues intermittently with it waking up while closed in sleep mode and in a bag resulting in it overheating.. i have not found a resolution.

    I have had this laptop for a month and it has worked perfectly. Faster browsing than my retired laptop that is only a couple years old. The touchscreen is fabulous and sharp. This was a great value for money!

    This computer is a replacement for my old 2020 one that suffered motherboard failure. The specs are unbeatable for the price. Battery life leaves a little to be desired, but it charges pretty quickly with the 65W USB-C charger.
