    I just purchased a new Dell laptop. I previously had a Dell laptop which I purchased at Best Buy 11 years ago. The only thing wrong was it was a Windows 8.1 which wasn’t being supported after January 23. I am pleased with the new one and would purchase a Dell product again

    I've only had it for 14 months. One of the hinges came loose because the small screw that holds right corner together lost it's nut which holds the top and bottom together. Also the touch pad is hard to use.
