It gets very hot if you set it in your lap. The back lit key pad is nice. The track pad works well. The SSD is fast and windows load quickly.

It does what I ask it to do and so far flawlessly. Wasn't impressed with Windows and have had Apple laptops until now. Windows has come a long way.

When i got it set up, I discovered that it had 2 small white dots on the screen that are permanent. I kept it because they do not distract too much from the the rest of the screen.

The bad part is that I bought this for my niece when she was here in Seattle and now is in India. Dell India is not offering the warranty replacements and asking her to pay. This is a bummer and am not happy that the battery is failing in 3 days on a brand new Laptop. Very sad to see that Dell India is not offering to replace it for free under warranty given it failed in 3 days. What happened to your QA TESTING for the battery to fail in 3 days ?
