The next day they called to say that they had installed the programs we wanted, and told us to come in and pick it up, stood in line and was told we needed and appointment for pick up, we told that person that we were told to pick it up so she went back to see who called us and made it right after a 10 min. wait.

The first month I owned it, it shut down and I had to call Dell Support to wipe everything. They were super helpful though so shout out to Dell! I would recommend a different model or maybe a laptop with more ram to be future-proof. Definitely better than spending money on a MacBook Pro and worth the money other than having more ram.
