Excellent touch screen laptop at a great price. Good choice for on sale

I got the displayed one but everything runs as it’s supposed to be. Fast enough to serve my needs.

My sister loves the laptop for school. She uses it as a freshman in college and said its nice and fast.

It’s good for me, I am used to doing my homework. It’s easy to use because it’s a touch screen.

I was a little skeptical on the pebble green color at first but then after seeing it in person I really liked it. Its not as green as you would think. Its more grey with just a hint of green which actually looks really nice. Spec-wise mine came with a AMD Ryzen 5 5625U processor, 8gb of ram, a 512gb ssd, with wifi 6, and Windows 11 pre-installed. Also 3 usb-c ports, 1 usb-a, one hdmi out, headphone jack, and a full sized SD card slot. Power is delivered via the usb-c port. The ram and ssd are both upgradable in this model and Dell has made it very easy to do so. The ram is fully upgradable to 32gb with two dimm slots. Mine came with one 8gb dimm which I later upgraded to two 16gb dimms. The touchpad is nice and large. The keyboard is easy to type on and its backlit. Overall the build quality seems to be pretty solid. The power button on this laptop is the actual finger print reader which is pretty cool. The finger print reader also supports windows hello but the camera doesn't seem to support windows hello face unlock which is disappointing. I would prefer that over the finger print even though the finger print reader is probably more secure. The display is a led touch screen. Its nice and clean. Gets bright enough for daily use but nothing to brag about. This is a 2 in 1 so it folds in half to use in tablet mode which is where the larger display shines. I'm split on the 16:10 display aspect ratio. On one hand I like having the taller display but on the other hand that also makes the laptop a bit bigger. Which brings up my next point. This is not a slim and super light laptop. Its a little on the heavier side for a 14" laptop but again that's expected with a larger display. Performance-wise I am impressed. The Ryzen 5 mobile processor in this is a beast. With hyper-threading it comes out to be 12 cores. Everything loads and responds quickly as you would expect with a Ryzen 5. It wakes almost instantly after opening the lid and is ready to go. One thing to note is that I did notice a lot of fan noise at first use but after everything got updated and installed it seemed to calm down a bit. There is a lot of choices out there when it comes to laptops. Overall I think this is a great choice for anyone looking for 14" touch screen laptop with a slightly larger display that has a lot of performance packed in.

I loved the computer. The touch screen was excellent. It was responsive all the time. I wish I didn't have to return it. But it would only turn one when plugged in. I tried to make it work for almost two weeks. But the battery simply wouldn't retain a charge.

I purchased 10/22/2022 and today it doens't work. I absolutely loved this laptop, didn't really have issues, just the charger being replaced and it was under warrantly. I never took laptop from my home, it was personal use only. However it just stopped working and I was told the brain of the computer went out. I recommend people purchasing the extended warratny. I am purchasing another and adding an extended warranty
