The full high definition resolution is beautiful and is powered by AMD Ryzen 5 5625U with Radeon Graphics. Video playback is crisp and smooth with vibrant colors. The sound is very clear and projects well for a laptop of this size. The video camera function is designed very well with a easy-to-use slide button and provides a clear feed. The keyboard keys are well-sized and are responsive without being too touchy. The keyboard fully folds under the screen to convert to the tablet if desired. The laptop will hold its position wherever you open it up to, and it is very balanced overall. I like how it powers on automatically when opening and loads super fast. The mousepad is very precise and click function is responsive. A neat included function is Dell Mobile Connect that allows you to sync your phone to the PC easily. This lets you get your calls, texts, notification, and mobile apps all on your screen. It has two USB-C inputs and a USB standard input along with SD card slot and HDMI connection. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a high-performance 2-in-1 for work or entertainment.

I have plenty of tablets, desktops, and laptops already with different operating systems, apps, all for personal use and also work related needs. This 2 in 1 touch laptop is designed to be friendly and easy to use. I'm always a huge fan of the touch screen features on any device, and this is no exception. Not having a cd/dvd drive is typical on any laptop nowadays, but it does include a SD card slot, along with USB connections. From what my super nerd husband told me, 8 GB of memory is reasonable to have, and the system has a pretty fast start from off to on. Not sure about battery life, haven't experimented. On to my thoughts about Windows 11. I feel that Windows has made better design decisions with their user interface over the years, and the icons and wallpapers blend really well. Of course, lots of tweaks need to be done in order to keep too many apps eating up the memory, and my husband uninstalled programs and turned off unnecessary tasks to keep the system from sounding like it was overheating. All in all, this is one of my best tech purchases in the last couple of years.

I really liked this product, especially the color. The performance is also very good, the touch response is great. I also added a 16GB RAM additionally as it has 2 ports to ensure I never run out of memory.

The one thing others might experience is like crackling audio kinda? I had a problem with that but was able to fix it by changing the audio drivers. The one bad thing about this laptop is the keyboard. Typing on it is fine, but over time the keys started to pop off, but not completely. Currently I have tape holding it down but other than that it is completely fine.

Couldn’t even use it when I received it

First one being that the product only said excellent condition online but gave no specific to what I was picking up since it was used. I walked into this empty Best Buy outlet and walked out with a laptop with no charger, no box, no nothing. On the back it had the previous customers tag on it along with mine. When I got home and charged it up it was still logged into someone else’s account. It was still logged into whoever had it before me which means they didn’t even look at this laptop before they sold it to me. So I couldn’t even use it. That is so unprofessional as well as a breach in privacy of this random man who had this laptop before me. I ended up spending a couple hours figuring out how to wipe this laptop and I decided to just return it because I don’t know what could go wrong with this computer and it was a negative experience in general. So I returned it and the people at my Best Buy were very nice and professional because they factory reset the laptop in front of me so I could be sure it would be handled correctly. I ended up getting a dell inspiration from Amazon for new and honestly it’s the best laptop I’ve ever had. So it’s not exactly the laptop that wasn’t up to my expectations but Best Buy.

It’s a nice 2 in 1 touch screen laptop but so far I am not happy with the battery life. The battery seems to get drained very quickly. I will have it fully charged and once I remove the power cord and go to different websites after a little while the battery starts to drop dramatically. So I am not sure if this is my particular laptop. I would be curious to know if others are facing similar battery problems? So I may have to do another review later or get another laptop.

Here are the steps to help improve the battery performance of your laptop:
1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
2. On the options list, click Power Options.
3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built-in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.
a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
b) If running Cortana, type Battery Saver into the search box and select from the results.
Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to best meet your needs.
c) Turn the Battery Saver On or Off.
d) Additional settings are available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links.
e) Battery use shows further info on apps and their power usage.
f) Battery Saver Settings screen allows you to customize further the Battery Saver feature.
